Dr. Petersen performed an 8+ hour surgery on my lower lumbar and did an exceptional job. Prior to the surgery I was in constant pain and the quality of my life was horrible until I had the surgery. My lower lumber is now painless.

If you’re considering going out of state for spine surgery... don’t. Dr. Peterson epitomizes professionalism, knowledge, and skill. My experience with sciatica from issues in my spine (herniated disc, stenosis) was miserable. Eventually, I was referred to Dr. Peterson by a friend. Only a few days out from surgery and I’m feeling much less nerve pain. I’m hardly the type to write reviews/analysis, but I feel compelled to do so. There’s no one else I’d be comfortable with operating on my spine

I was referred to this doctor through the ER. I have only seen his PA and it seems I will never actually see the doctor although I have requested such. I don't know if he knows I am suppose to be his patient.
