She insulted my special needs son about his weight, Stating in HER WORDS : He could stand to miss a meal. Shame on her. Never EVER again will I ever allow her to see my son, or her nurses!

Awful visit...very condescending and extremely rude staff.

Office staff is very rude! My kids have been going to see dr wardell for a few years now and I called to make a app for my daughter because she missed school for being sick and without a dr note kids can not return to school due to COVID or wait 14 days and the lady on the phone was very rude refused to make an appointment for my daughter said they don’t make appointments just for dr note to return to school I took my daughter to the er the same day and just let them know what was going on got a dr note no problem I will not be returning to this office Office staff is very rude! Love Dr.Wardell she has seen my kids since they were born and they are 10 and 8 now. They love her and she is very patient with them as well as all the nursing staff.

Long waIts even with appointment. Prescriptions not called in. Have to pay $25 to get medical records. As a mother who has raised 11 children have seen pediatrician s for almost 40 years her office in general is the worst. As far as Dr. Wardell there are some things about my grandsons health that I am interested to know what another doctor has to say. Dr. Wardell and Dr. Garcia are both great physicians and their assistance has been great with my newborn as a new patient with diagnosis of down syndrome and other issues. I wish that I say the same thing for the office staff!

Dr Davida is good and a compassionate professional she knows her job well

She's done great with all my kiddos through all the surgeries and everything

Dr. Wardell has been seeing both our children from birth. She is knowledgeable, charismatic, approachable and a fantastic listener (even when the littles are trying to explain why they feel icky). They have always been able to get us in with little to no notice and have been incredibly gracious when it comes to our irregular schedules. We will continue to use Dr. Wardell and suggest her to everyone who asks.

Transferred records. This office is awful. Why have her as your kids doctor. When she can't be bothered to see them when in the hospital.

Dr. Wardell has always been great with my children. They've been her patients off and on since they were toddlers and her "bedside" manner has never changed. I wish I could say the same for her office staff... I've had negative experiences with her secretaries (Jaclyn ) over medical records on more than one occasion. Ms. Jaclyn doesn't seem to regard ethics or courtesy. I wonder if she greets all of her patient's parent's in this manner? Or, is it just the those of us who happen to be of African decent? Or, maybe she's just a rude person ? Degrees, medals, awards nor "daddy's money" can make ugly pretty. Dr. Wardell has always been great with my children. We love Dr. Wardell she does an amazing job with our kiddos.

Will go elsewhere from now on. Waited at office almost 2 hours for prescription. Dr. Ross especially office was more helpful and saw my daughter same day. Took care of the problem and we're so helpful!

I came from out of town and was able to get an appointment the same day. Her bedside manner and welcoming spirit was what made me come back for a second visit. I would recommend Dr. Wardell to anyone. My baby loved her and didn't cry.

We've seen her a couple of times, but when my daughter needed to be admitted to hosp. we found out that she DOES NOT see patients in the hospital. So why continue? We transferred our records to Dr. Ross and are very happy.

We have been going to Dr. Wardell for almost 5 years now and could not be happier. Wait times are never long unless it was a last minute appointment and they squeezed us in, and even then it's not an unbearable length. The staff has always been very polite, professional, and helpful. Dr. Wardell is wonderful with both of our children. Always listens to what we say and never pushes us to do something. She let's you be a parent with out ridicule. She explains everything on det.

Office staff is very rude, had an appointment nurse called questioning me about reason for appointment. Switch doctors love the new doctor.

We won't be back. Office staff were incredibly rude. The hour long wait for prescription was enough to make us go elsewhere.

Absolutely love her! She is an amazing doctor, kind, caring and compassionate! She loves her patients and is always very warm and welcoming. My children love her! We have been loyal patients for 9 years!

She was abrupt and dismissive. Terrible visit. Won't go back. We now go elsewhere and love our new Pediatrician.
