Kind, caring, thorough. His office is great and his PA Mary is amazing too!

He has been helpful in diagnosing & providing a clear treatment plan. I have improved greatly with his care. So thankful!

Dr Zink was great, within minutes he had a diagnoses for me and treatment plan. He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and showed compassion during it all.

My visit today was outstanding. He spent quality time and did not feel rushed. He was compassionate about my needs. Would hoghly recommend him to my friends and family.

Terrible! Terrible bedside manner, Misdiagnosed me with fatty liver disease, had me terrified. He focused on my weight when I was there for pain. Also diagnosed me with ulcerative colitis that magically disappeared the next time I had an exam and tests. The liver issue was a reaction to medicine, that cleared up right away when changed. I went to a new Gastrologist and he actually listened and after tests diagnosed me correctly and solved 8 years of pain. Go to Dr Allen Coates in GR! Terrible! I have always had excellent care from Dr. Zink. He is always kind and takes his time explaining everything.

Excellent Gastroenterologist with great "bedside" manner! Performed multiple RFA procedures and nearly eliminated my esophageal Barrett's disease!

I am sure he most probably saved my life...I've had several colonoscopies with him, he found my cancer when it was still about the size of a dime, but he also just seemed to KNOW exactly what to say to me, before I even knew what to ask, to dispel my fears. I think he is wonderful, from the 7 colonoscopies I have had with him.

Pretty much arrogant and incompetent. Miss diagnose3 my husband's problem. But Cleveland Clinic saved his life. Avoid this guy if you can!

The worst doctor ever. I would not call him a doctor at all. My husband and I visited Mr.Zink because my husband needed help, instead we were kicked out of the office. On the top of this horrible unprofessional behavior, Mr. Zink told us that NOBODY in his office would see my husband as a patient. We have to travel to Grand Rapids to see a real gastroenterologist, who actually cares about thier patients not their pockets.

When I had ulcerative colitis, Dr Zink put me in the hospital for 8 days with no plan other than IV steroids, which were not working. Eventually my colon perforated and I lost the whole thing, and went septic, with a major infection. Best thing I can say is I went to someone else to have all of my surgeries done.

Very knowledgeable and easy to discuss medical issues with Dr. Zink. I was very impressed with the staff and the entire office.

If you have celiacs do NOT go see him, I seemed to know more than he does. Offered no treatment, no plan, what to do's, nothing except let's do this test $$$, this test $$$, and this test $$$, that were not necessary. Worst $334.00 for 1 visit I spent.

I have had ulcerative colitis for 50 years and recently moved to the Holland area from the east side of Michigan. I have relocated many times and have had to change doctors just as many times. Found Dr Zink and am very satisfied with him.
