Dr. Wensky is by far the most thorough doctor I’ve seen. He takes the time to listen, comes up with a plan/ procedure and personally called me with results. I have never had a doc do that. He got down to the bottom of my stomach issues that other docs would brush off and not even do any procedures to check out. I’m so glad I found him!

I couldn't be happier about choosing Dr. Wenzke as my GI specialist. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions.

Dr. Wenzke is fantastic. He explains things thoroughly, is professional, and he takes time to listen to questions/concerns and has offered me nothing but exceptional care. He called with any results himself, which is appreciated on my (patient’s) end. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Wenske performed my endoscopy and colonoscopy. I found him to be very professional, as well as friendly. Due to COVID-19, my husband could not be with me in recovery. Dr. Wenske called him in the car to give him the results, so he would not have to wait and wonder. I also had 2 biopsies. Just spoke to the receptionist and was told "they don't see minors" Oh great for anyone with children this doctor is not kid friendly even though she'll be 17 in a about 2 months. Great service, love it when doctors actually show there true colors dollars over patients. Big thumbs up

David Wenske is the best Dr hands down! I went through years of issues with my stomach and multiple doctors and then I found Dr Wenske and everything changed! I am so happy with the care and follow-up and would suggest him to everyone. He literally changed my life for the better!

I’ve seen many gastroenterologists in my adult life. Probably dozens at this point. I’ve seen them at the Cle Clinic and several health systems across Ohio, over the 25 years I’ve struggled with painful/awful digestive issues. Dr. Wenzke is hands down the best I’ve seen. By far! In fact, he’s the only who has actually helped me and found solutions. He listens and is really smart. He’s also really nice/relatable and has encouraged me to reach out to him directly if I have questions or needs between appointments. I’ve never had a doctor do that. If you’ve had significant digestive issues for any length of time, then you know what a godsend it is to have treatments and care that actually leads to relief. Or if you don’t know what that’s like, go see Dr. Wenzke! He truly has changed my life, and I write this review with immense gratitude and as a small way to say thanks.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I had a test done over 6 weeks ago and they told me it would take 2-3 weeks to be done since only 1 Doctor is available to read the test. I asked why 1 doctor was only available and they said Dr. Wenzke took immediate leave, which I was NEVER notified about. I called a few days after my 3 week mark and lvm. It took the office 4 days to call me back and it's only because I called several times. They told me the Doctor was getting ready to look at it and they'd call me the following day by the end of the day. I still never heard anything, not suprised so I waited 3 more weeks. Mind you I'm now past the 6 week mark. I called the office and they sent me a pathetic email "stating they'll call me when it's read". I sent back that they need to have the office Manager to call me asap. She did call me and told me she was going to call Dr. Roy and tell her to read it ASAP and to call me with an answer...48 hours later still NOTHING. I LVM for the office Manager again then another woman called me back saying May was out of the office. I told her my situation and she said I'm sorry to tell you but Dr. Roy is oncall and not able to read the test until JULY FIRST. Are you kidding me?? This practice is PATHETIC and I'll be reporting them to the Medical Board. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I have been visiting Dr Wenzke for over 3 years now and he had been wonderfully efficient and effective. I was bitter and confused after changing 2 more specialists as I was not happy with their treatment. Dr wenzke brought me back to health slowly with effective treatment. He is not always reachable but responds to email messages over Ohio Gastro portal. Recommend him. I try my best to find a good doctor when I need one. When I became really ill in 2007, I was too sick to find a doctor. My sister, a physician, found Dr Wenzke for me after I was sent home from the ER still in pain. The doctor looked over my chart and told me to go back to the hospital and check in as his patient. His group worked for a week to diagnose and eventually find me a surgeon. I have been going to him ever since. He is an excellent diagnostic doctor and will find out what is going on. He has exceeded my expectations of a medical professional/care provider by returning calls and has always had a pleasant bedside manner. I try my best to find a good doctor when I need one. Not a good experience with this doc! He performed a scope and speculates Barrett’s pending test results. I had a few questions for him after I was alert enough in recovery. He opened the curtain and said make a appt. really? After the speculated Diagnosis. He really seemed bothered by my wife and I wanting to ask a few questions. Needless to say we will not be seeing him again.

Dr Wenzke really listens and genuinely seeks out answers. My spouse and I both have had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at his Dublin practice. I wish all doctors we're like him. Treats you with respect as an individual. Surprised there are no other reviews. If you need a good gastro, there you are!

I have seen Dr. Wenzke for several years while being treated for Crohns disease. He is very professional and by far the best doctor I have ever had. He takes time and answers every question you may have and discusses all treatment options as well. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. The nursing staff is very helpful as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from any gastro issue.

Front desk staff and nursing staff were rude and abrupt. No care or compassion evident. Horrible experience with diagnostic colonoscopy resulting in a small bruise on my spleen. Very painful. Pain was extreme for seven days and then began to subside. Experience with the anesthesialogist was excellent.

Not very informative on treatment or causes. Laughed when asked a question about probiotics supplements. Checking my breathing all together took him 2 seconds as he placed the stethoscope on my back over my sweater and shirt for .5 second intervals in 4 spots and said all good.
