I recently visited Dr Weiss to get a 3rd opinion for my “mystery heel pain.” Much to my surprise I had a rare type of bone cyst in my heel bone. He quickly arranged for a CAT scan, and I had a surgery to fix it. My other 2 docs treated this as heel spurs and I went through many unnecessary cortisone shots. I’ve been very very pleased.

Dr. Weiss and his team create a welcoming and calming atmosphere while offering state of the art treatment/care with a patient focused approach.

Needed a foot doctor for my diabetic foot neuropathy and saw Dr. WEISS photo ad and called for an appt. Been going to him for maybe 2 plus years and have never regretted it. Dr. Weiss is personable, professional, knowledgeable and cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Weiss and his practice to anyone.

I had the absolute BEST experience today. The experience from the receptionist to the doctors appointment was superb. Dr. Weiss came in during the waiting to let me know he will be with me soon. Dr. Weiss is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond and literally saved my life and my foot!!!

Dr. Weiss is a compassionate and caring doctor that I have seen for years for various foot and ankle problems. He is efficient and explains things well. My last series of visits were related to arthritic condition in a joint in the middle of my foot. It would become extremely painful I started receiving steroid injections that helped somewhat, but only for a month or so. I asked about surgery and he suggested that I try a stem cell injection first and that he had seen consderable success with this treatment. I was skeptical but trusted Dr. Weiss. The first coupe weeks after the injection I was somewhat disappointed, but after 3-4 weeks I saw some significant improvement in controlling the pain. After 6 weeks I am now at about a 70-80% improvement and better than I ever was with the steroid injections. The condition is now an inconvenience instead of limiting my activity. I also appreciate Dr. Weiss staying close to his schedule. Typically within 15 minutes of my appointment.

i have have had a very painful callous on my foot for many years due to wearing a brace for a dropped foot . This has greatly limited my activities. I previously had seen two different podiatrists several times and got no relief. One visit to Dr. Weiss and Bingo, Pain Free for 4 weeks and counting at this time..His staff is knowledgeable and extremely anxious to help with scheduling appointments and with Insurance questions. The office has a cheerful atmosphere. Also, my daughter has an appointment in a few ;weeks.

Dr. Weiss has done a fabulous job helping me with my plantar fasciitis. I had tried other treatment plans, but Dr. Weiss has helped me so much to return to my active life.

I just saw Dr. Weiss for care of my broken foot. He had saved me from having surgery by injecting stem cells into the area. My other doctor wanted to place a plate and screws, and have a long recovery. I'm really psyched now that I am healed, and stayed away from the knife!

Dr Weiss is the best podiatrist on the planet. He has the best bed side manner, best staff and get awesome results from his surgeries. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I did not have to wait beyond my appointment times and the support staff were very friendly. The facilities were clean and orderly. And Dr Weiss provided a clear, knowledgeable and unambiguous diagnosis. The procedure to remove four in grown toe nails was without issue. I was very anxious about possible pain but he calmly put my mind at ease. He was honest about the initial and brief stinging I would feel from the injection to set up the nerve block and I experienced absolutely no pain during the procedure. I was surprised how quickly he was able to complete the procedure. So far I have not experienced any post operative pain or complications. Wish I’d found Dr. Weiss and his staff years ago. (Ok, I didn’t live in Virginia then. But I’d had years of treatment elsewhere and hadn’t found relief for my foot pain.) I chose him because he is board certified as a surgeon, and because he offers stem cell therapy. I ended up not needing stem cell therapy, but I have had a couple of surgeries, and I am very happy with the results. Trips to the office are as efficient as I’ve ever experienced (kudos to the team!), but what stands out most is the personal and responsive care. I recommend!

Dr. Weiss is awesome. He explains everything in detail and can treat many conditions on the first visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my foot care.

Dr Weiss was VERY helpful in explaining what was going on with my foot pain. I was so happy that my PCP referred me to him.

Dr. Weiss has done a great job . He is detailed oriented and treats the patient with a positive approach. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of foot surgery.

Dr. Weiss is marvelous! He listens to you and is very kind and gentle. He suggested a stem cell shot, which nobody else had suggested. It seems to be working! He is the only foot doctor I will go to ever again!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Dr. Weiss is great. I've seen a few podiatrists in the past couple of years and they were unable to fix my issues. After reviewing my scans the Dr. knew exactly why I was having pain. He set me up with some pain relieving cream and custom orthotics - that were actually very fairly priced - I've paid double of what he's charged. I'm almost back to 100%. Again highly recommended and has a great staff.

I am so thankful for Dr. Weiss. I have been struggling with foot pain for quite a while due to a cluster of bone spurs that were located on the top of my foot. I was so comfortable about having the procedure after meeting with him. Everything went smoothly and I knew what to expect during every phase of my treatment. I have never experienced such an efficient practice. They schedule appointments correctly so you never have to wait to see the doctor. Today I was released as a patient. I am free of foot pain and can finally wear normal shoes. Thank you Dr. Weiss. You are the best.

Great Doctor. Great Staff!

I am so happy I found Dr. Weiss. I was looking for a foot doctor with experience and someone who was also board certified in surgery. I had a bunion surgery done by another doctor, and my toe was too stiff afterwards. He had to do another surgery, but now I am doing great. Back to running and hiking. Highly recommend !

Very professional. Highly recommend Dr Weiss. He was the 5th doctor I went to and he should have been the First. Solved my pain with 2 visits.

The medical care I received from Dr. Weiss was beyond expectations. No one wants to undergo surgery and recovery, however, the information, advice, and guidance received from Dr. Weiss put me at ease and gave me complete confidence in his team and treatment. Dr. Weiss is great as well but would agree with that last person about the staff .They do have unethical billing practices. Avoid them at all cost.

His realy friendly and try to help as much as he can and , waithing time maximum 10 minute staff realy nice for the patients I will recommend him to any body

My husband went to Dr. Weiss because he needed a podiatrist due to being diabetic. Dr. Weiss spent a whopping 10 minutes and told my husband he had no problems, but would cut his toe nails for $85. He acted like we were wasting his time.

Has been my doctor for 9 years. I travel from Chesterfield to West End to stay with him. No other doctor compares.

I have had surgeries by Dr J. Esway, and Dr. T. Zimmer. Both surgeries were botched jobs, esp., Dr. Zimmer's. I was told by a friend to see Dr. Weiss. I've seen, and had surgery by Dr. D. Weiss. Dr. Weiss is very friendly, and knowledgeable, and now post-op, I am doing well. His nurse Rachel is wonderful also. Thank you! Debra Durbin, R.N.

Dr. Weiss is great. However, his support staff/front office and billing employees are not. They have unethical billing practices. They call certain patients to inform them of a balance, and that they will be sent to collections, and give them an opportunity to pay, but not all. You can not have a certain pool of patients that this courtesy is given to, and dismiss other patients who had no idea because of the lack of consistency in the billing department.

I am a Surgical Assistant that works with Dr. Weiss and many other Podiatrists and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have sent my own wife to him and now my son. He is a great Podiatrist and great Surgeon.
