Well we have been trying to make an app and nobody seems to answer the phone smh we literally have been calling for over a week and have left a message and today we called 15 times!! But I’m glad that we didn’t get through after reading the reviews lol

Hello, Do not ever go to this doctors office, they are crooks and cheaters, The manager Israel, sent my account to collections after threatening me for appointments that I never attended at all, they are out there to fleece your money , they charge for giving your own documents . this is not a doctors office but a business man's office , all they care about is money . they are greedy . The Manager called ISRAEL is extremely rude and insensitive. He threatened me for $ 20 and sent it to collections for $ 70 . three times the cost of the actual visit and that too a visit that I never attended at all ! they have zero conscience in them. you should rather go to a butcher shop rather than going to such a place where they do not understand or care about you one bit . beware they are money grabbers and will try to make as much money off you as possible and do not care about you one bit what so ever . I will never go back to dr. Seidel again. He gave me the wrong diagnosis for my shoulder. I was never in so much pain. He told me my shoulder was shot and I would need surgery. I did go to another doctor who suggested therapy and now my shoulder is 95% better. He said no way did I need surgery.

The front staff at his private office is awful! They treat you like a criminal and as if you are bothering them! The doctor has old fashion values and not sympathetic at all. He made it seem as if the horrible pain I was in was not that bad. The Henry Ford office took forever with treating me.Only after me questioning them as to why they had not performed an MRI one of the staff members at the Henry Ford office informed me, most insurance would not cover an MRI so they took months before even attempting to make that request. I asked if they had even made an attempt to contact my insurance and was told no. So I contacted my insurance myself and was informed right away that other test were not necessary if I wanted an MRI upfront it was indeed covered. I went through unnecessary PT and other test when a simple MRI would have shown my, “MASSIVE Herniated Disc”! During a visit at the private office for an nerve test doctor Seidel was teaching interns and one of them was having trouble locating the nerve with the equipment. Dr. Seidel came over to assist and once he was done he patted the top of my butt! I could not believe it! I was mortified! He also quickly passed me off once he seen my MRI. I was hit by a drunk driver and going through a lawsuit. I was in quite a bit of pain and was referred to see Dr. Seidel. He referred me for a total body bone scan. Instead of empathizing or giving solutions for some of the pain that were organic, I was told not to get pregnant by Dr. Seidel. This was told to me several times which I found crude and unprofessional. I was 29 when he was treating me, not an overly hormonal or not in the right frame of mind risk taker. He also always had "someone has to be here in the room with me for liability." Never bothered to ask if I was okay with someone else in there, it was just assumed I would be fine with it. Hi, this Manager by the name of Israel, is very rude , I had the neurologist call me for 1 minute and tell me that he is going to refer me to a cardiologist and next thing you know they billed me copay for 20$ for an audio call for 1 minute and labelled it as a audio visit, beware of this office , not good professional ethics at all, some of the front desk staff is also very rude , just trying to make money out of you, also when I asked for my own medical records the manager Israel said we will charge $ 5 for this, very clearly they are greedy for money and trying to scam you of what ever they can , do not go to this office at any cost, you are better of some where else . Was the worst experience at a doctor I've ever had. I got treated like awful by staff and especially the doctor will never go back. This guy works for the workers comp insurance company gave me IME that's took about 4 - 5 minutes if that tops and said there's nothing wrong with me what a joke !! Works for the "Workman's Comp Companies", thinks EVERYONE who sees him is there for narcotics and treats them like such. VERY arrogant attitude & Instantly treats W.C. Patients like they are lazy, non-working low lives. My Nurse Case Manager tried to fool me into believing that he, "is the best doctor in the world and does NOT side with the insurance companies".... B***S***! 1) I'm allergic to opiates! 2) I broke my back over a year ago and should be rehabilitated by now, 3) HE DOES WORK FOR AND WITH THE WORKMAN'S COMP INSURANCE COMPANIES, hence, why I was "ORDERED" to see him. He recommended Physical Therapy, in which the same damn insurance co. denies his recommendations. What a farce! SHAME ON YOU!! I'm a licensed Paramedic. I know a "wee-bit"... your front desk reception girls are as described above. AND NO! I DO NOT HAVE THE WRONG DR. OR OFFICE! Rude, condescendingand arrogant as well! I saw Dr Seidel for a consultation this morning. Was very thorough, informative and kind. Will be returning for further testing. Looking forward to getting answers and options.

Dr has changed my life. He is kind,smart,thorough. He is honest, listens to every complaint resolves every problem, question, and issue I have. And his staff is wonderful.

I can't find enough words to tell people about how outstanding this doctor is. He is relentless when it comes to diagnosing the problem, not just to treat the symptom but also finding the source and addressing that. He is attentive, kind, compassionate and wicked smart. I highly recommend him as the Doctor who will finally, fully find answers to the many potential reasons for your condition. It has taken years to finally find a Doctor who took my issue seriously and treats me as an integral part of the process. He is a gem. Funny i came here to complain about payment and the first comment i see is "lied about payment" they are CROOKS! COMPLETE FRAUD!

Dr. Seidel was amazing, caring and considerate. Connie was extremely helpful, kind and patient with a slew of billing issues I was dealing with. I highly recommend this Doctor!

I've sen Dr. Siedel a few years ago for a frozen shoulder. He was great as he experienced the same injury and could relate to my malady. He is always professional and took time explaining the course of action. I never had an issue with the front desk.

Was lied to about payment. Told I didn't owe anything then got a $200 bill in the mail.

I cancelled my appointment with this doctor due to the unkind, unfriendly behavior of the front desk/ receptionist. Very patronizing and snippy personality.
