Adam has been working to try and cure my Hives. All staff are courteous and helpful.

Staff is great however every time I leave I feel I am “hounded” to pay my bill. I ask for a bill to be sent and I am constantly pressured to pay or asked when I can pay or how much can pay. I feel it is very inconsiderate especially during a time like this during a pandemic when some people aren’t even working.

Every time I go I am treated with respect. Dr. Mead is who I seen this time I believe. I've seen him once before months and months ago but he remembered me. thank You & god Bless!

Excellent staff, medical and front office. In and out in a very timely manner. Staff very conscientious of precautions for infection control. Extremely satisfied .

I highly recommend this office! The staff is so friendly and helpful and Susan Gaither is absolutely wonderful! After many failed treatments, they quickly got me straightened out and on the right track. Susan Gaither always takes time to explain treatment and really cares about how you are doing. I would and do recommend this office to family and friends.

The office staff was very efficient. As a new patient I was at the office only slightly more than 30 minutes, which included completing new patient paperwork. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained his treatment plan carefully so I understood. I would recommend to anyone!

Very comfortable with the staff and procedures done.. All just make you feel right at home.. Very gentle with the patients and explains before and after procedures. Very glad we still have Doctors who listen and understand patient feelings.

With Covid-19, I opted to wait in my truck, which was maybe 5 min. The staff was wearing masks and gloves for those in rooms. My temp was taken before I was able to go back. And, everyone was in good spirits. My visit was just for a follow up, but would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

I met with a young man named Adam and was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his willingness to inform and answer questions in a patient manner. I hope to see him again next time!

Susan Gather is beyond fabulous. I find that I can trust her to always do the right thing and she makes me feel comfortable always.

Today I had surgery to remove a melanoma from my thigh. The staff, doctor and nurses were excellent. I am so happy I chose DermOne for my Dermatology needs. These people are truly wonderful and I would recommend them highly! Thank you so much!

The staff is great. The facility is very clean. They explain things well..they are very caring at very good at what they do.The only problem is the billing system. I still do not understand my bill and they said it would be 4 more weeks before they have a detailed bill. Not good

The Doctor and his staff was very pleasant and friendly and his nurse that helped in the room was very caring and reassuring! The only negative thing I have to say is I didnt fully understand the outcome of the procedure they were doing on my son or how to care for the wound. I asked several questions and recieved helpful answers.

Had my annual derm check-up today with Susan Gaither. Very caring and professional. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for dermatologist.

Followup to blue light treatment with Susan Gaither. Very professional and explained the benefits and long term study results of these treatments.

The staff are very professional. And convey any issues that I have and what procedures that I may need and what to look for on my body

I saw Brian in the Bluefield office he’s very professional and kind also the wait time so appropriate.

Dr Caskey was really great I really appreciate him and how he treated me I don’t like seeing different Dr every time you go I got to see him both times that is very important to me because I feel they get the time to know who you are and they can treat you much better and I like that he talked to me and his nurse was also very nice to me and explained things to me when I had a question that goes along way with me so Thank you Dr Caskey very much for being so good to me !

Susan Gaither is absolutely amazing! She has helped my daughter when no one else would listen and spent countless hours of her personal time to help us. She listens and she goes above and beyond for her patients. I wish the medical field was made up of more people like her and everyone would get the help and the care they deserve. She is a God send!

The Bluefield office was great, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
