Friendly staff explained everything

Very comfortable for an unpleasant procedure prep with SENNA TABLETS very thoroughly clean did poop myself though, not your fault though Dr Talenti

The facility is clean and orderly. The staff is top notch and extremely knowledgeable about their subject areas. I would never consider going any place else!

As a first time I’ve had to go through (2) procedures this was the best office and doctor I could have gone to! From the staff to Dr Talenti, I had the most comfortable visit.

In every respect my experience was satisfactory and actually pleasant. I felt completely at ease with the professional demeanor of the staff, they exude competence and all seem to have an upbeat, friendly, positive attitude.

I had a colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy 3 weeks apart, and both were done by Dr. Talenti, and I found him to be very personable, and easy to talk with. Dr.Talenti came to see me before the procedures and explained what the procedures are, and asked me if I had any questions. After the procedures, he came to see me and explained what his findings were, and any recommendations he has. I would highly recommend Dr. Talenti.

Dr Talenti is a caring doctor who together with the incredibly professional staff and Mt Laurel Gastroenterology Honesdale have treated me for the last four years . I don’t think I could have gotten the personal warmth together with excellent Healthcare facilities anywhere else . They really go the extra mile to take care of their patients .

The staff was timely, courteous, and thorough. The CRNA took his time to explain things to me and the nurse also made sure I understood things as they were happening. Dr. Talenti is always kind and knowledgeable, I know he has my best interest as a top priority. I like the surgical center because it’s “fast and furious,” they know what they are doing so it’s done quickly without a lot of “downtime” waiting. In and out, least pain as possible!

Dr. Talenti and the staff members I had contact with were all so wonderful! Very kind and understanding, helping to ease my nervousness and patient with my questions. He stopped in to see me both before and after my procedure, showing he cares about how I'm feeling as well as how I'm doing physically.

Dr. Talenti is a wonderful doctor who listens to his patients, and never rushes you out the door. He is very affable with a great bedside manner as well

From the moment I walked in the staff were courteous and professional. I was very nauseated after fasting for my procedure and my attending nurse gave me something that stoped it. Dr. Talenti has perfect bedside manner and very friendly. I would most defiantly recommend my recommend this facility.

Dr. Talenti has been great. He listens to me and explains things. He is the first Doctor that has not made me feel like I’m wasting my time. He truly cares about what he is doing.

Everyone in this office was pleasant and answered all my questions. So nice to go into a health care facility where everyone and I mean everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Dr. Talenti saw me both before and after my procedure and answered whatever questions I had. I even received a follow-up phone call the next day checking on me. I would highly recommend Dr Talenti and this facility.

Worst encounter I have ever had with a physician in my 51 years! He was very degrading and confrontational. Dr Talenti clearly does not have his patients' welfare as his priority. He was more concerned about making appointments and prescribing medication than he was listening to the patient. Please do yourself and/or your family member a favor and go to a different GI office!

Very smooth operation. Every aspect of the clinic from the time you walk until you leave was very professional and very polite. I was very impressed. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Dr. Talenti is absolutely an awesome Dr. He’s kind, he listens, and I wouldn’t want to be under the care of anyone else and believe me I’ve seen my share of GI doctors. But it takes more than a Dr to run an office like he has. The staff at N.E.G.I are absolutely top notch. And that goes for the person who greets at the door to keep the facility safe, to the receptionists, nurses, and even the Anesthesiologist. The Anesthesiologist is the one who will calm you down when you are nervous and helps us to get through these procedures. And they are awesome. They don’t just do there jobs there, they go above and beyond. Sometimes going under for a moment can be scary. The nurse held my hand because I was afraid. I was scared to get another colonoscopy done because I had a bad experience. Dr. Talenti and his staff replaced that bad experience with a good one and now I have no more fear of going through procedures at his office. And it’s all in the same building. Thanks Dr Talenti and staff

Dr. Talenti is truly one of a kind. He takes time to explain any diagnosis from start to finish and really puts the patient first. The ladies in both his office and in the surgery center are compassionate and thorough! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Dr. T was great as usual. The staff is awesome. The nurse that did the IV, there is none better.

I had an upper endoscopy done. The nurses were excellent in preparing me for the procedure. I met with Dr. Talenti and the anesthesiologist prior to the procedure. Met with Dr. Talenti again after the procedure. Everything went great.
