Was treated exceptionally well. Well taken care of. I recommend Mid-Valley without hesitation.

This team is really good at what they do. They use implants from the longest lasting supplier. I didnt want parts from a company that is going under and cannot provide support. They use 3D imaging to pinpoint from all directions what needs to be addressed. Have an infection, micro crack, have a major nerve too close to the area? They saw it all and could be precise. The team obviously enjoys working together. Very very experienced to make it look easy. Provided detailed steps orally and in writing for post recovery and called that evening. No ibuprofen needed on day two. But I took some anyway just incase swelling was tempted occur. It hasnt. Maybe that's just me. I think this team is pretty darn amazing though.

I’ve just had a second molar implant by Dr. Swiderski. Both went very well. Probably the least pain of any dental work, and while second one was only done yesterday, I’m doing very well.

Had a great experience. From the first visit to the surgery of removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth very thorough and everything went exactly how I was told. Very much recommended.

Dr Swiderski and the whole team are fantastic. This is the best run medical office I’ve ever encountered. They all strike the perfect balance between professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. I’ve been a patient on several occasions and the experience has always been first class. Front office, back office and medical support team are all amazing, as is Dr Swiderski of course!

I have had several procedures at Dr. Swiderski’s office: a biopsy near the roof of my mouth; a delicate extraction; and two implant surgeries. He is an expert oral surgeon with an excellent staff. I am very satisfied with the results of the procedures. He is very caring and followed up with phone calls on the evening’s following my procedures. I appreciated is concern. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Excellent experience. Severely infected tooth removed. Very bad shape. After series of antibiotic and pain alleviation, and accompanying swelling reduced, difficult extraction followed. Anesthesia needed. I was fine and functional soon after a pain free experience. Staff calm, courteous and helpful. Doctor excellent, and called person to check on me. Highly appreciate all involved.

Appointment was made with no difficulty. Arriving for my appointment the front desk staff could not have been more helpful. Greeted by name and guided to an exam room by a nurse who was present throughout the procedure and ushered me out when finished was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. The procedure was very efficient and painless. Verbal and written directions were given for proper care and management. Most impressive was the call from Dr Swiderski that evening to check in and answer any questions. I was impressed throughout the experience.

Dr. Swiderski and his staff are friendly, professional, and lifesavers. I have extensive bone growth in my mouth and over the past decade they have removed the growth(s) and made my mouth feel so much better. I recommend them if you suffer from Torus Palatinus.

First I appreciated that my appointment was moved sooner due to a cancellation. The staff was very friendly and professional at the same time. I really liked Dr Swiderski. He did a good job on the implant. He also personally called me after the surgery to see how I was doing. That was a pleasant surprise that a surgeon would do that. I definitely recommend Dr Swiderski if you need an implant.♥️

It is my belief that Dr. Swiderski is absolutely the best in Salem. I've been going to Dr. Swiderski for dental implants and a tongue biopsy. I am not the best patient when it comes to pain, etc., but with Dr. Swiderski, I experienced no pain and very little discomfort. Dr Swiderski and his staff are so skilled at what they do I actually leave his office smiling! I would recommend the services of Dr. Swiderski to anyone who may need his expertise of services. I'm still making visits to Dr. Swiderski's office to finish up my implants and now I look forward to each visit. Dr. Swiderski is very skilled at what he does, he's also very patient and kind. What I think is icing on the cake is that he makes his own phone checkups with his patients, not asking one of his assistants to do this.

I cannot thank Dr enough for his high level of skill. Went in with a broken molar and prep for an implant. My nerves were shot due to a very bad experience somewhere else last year. What a difference going to a highly trained oral surgeon. The entire staff exceeded all my expectations. Office is well appointed and very clean. No wait time after paperwork was done. If you need quality work done then this is where to go. Doctor called himself later in the day to check on me. Thanks again to everyone. I cannot thank Dr enough for his high level of skill. Excellent care before during and after. Very attentive and helpful. Doctor was kind and went so well. I wasn't sure he was done as it happened so quickly. I felt cared for and listened to. Follow up care given verbally and written and a phone call that even from the doctor checking on me.

Dr. Swiderski and his staff have repeatedly demonstrated a rare blend of competence and caring in perfect balance... all the warmth you'd expect from family and the attention to detail you'd expect from skilled professionals.

The experience was smooth and easy and the entire staff is very professional, not to mention nice. I even received a call later the same day to check up on how I was doing. All in all a great experience thank you so much

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, and I had to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. These guys did an amazing job with me. I asked Dr. Swiderski to provide extensive dental treatment. It proved to be a good decision. The office facility is very nice and peasant. There is plenty of parking. The staff are very professional and welcoming. The office is well-equipped to perform surgical services in an efficient fashion. Dr. Swiderski is a very capable doctor, reassuring and caring. I had a perfectly fine experience at Mid-Valley. It felt like a high pace space which is good since I was seen promptly for both my consultation and my implant surgery. My out of pocket was explained well and i knew what to expect at every point along the way. The staff and Dr. Swiderski were friendly and energetic. Dr. Swiderski has a good sense of humor and worked quickly and professionally. My pain is between 0 and 1 without the prescribed opioid 24 hours after surgery and i have complete faith that the transplant will take just fine. 100% recommend. I was referred to this office due to my dentist being unable to finish a tooth extraction. My regular dentist, despite his best efforts, actually broke a tooth and decided against proceeding. Dr. Swiderski has an opening on the schedule the same day. I was extremely impressed with him and his entire staff. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, the extractions were done in an effective and favorable manner. They took the time to answer whatever questions that I had. I am at home today healing – but I am satisfied with how I was cared for. I hope that the implants go just as well! I had a tooth pulled and an implant put in and the procedure went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and did a good job keeping me relaxed. Dr. Swiderski did a follow up call in the evening to check in on me. I actually have no pain! Just the swelling of my cheek which was expected. Dr Swiderski and the whole team were such a pleasure to work with! Each appointment was efficient and they did such a good job explaining all that would happen for my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction. They answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. The day of the surgery was great! Such a calm and caring staff and Dr did a great job! It didn't take long at all and we felt fully prepared to go home with all the info we needed for post-op care. She's 6 days post-op and is healing beautifully with no complications. Thanks so much. I really like this place! I went in for a single tooth implant which seemed a bit daunting, drilling into my jawbone and all. Everyone there made the experience almost enjoyable. The chair was so comfortable! They started out with a little oxygen and she said I was getting a little laughing gas along with it, so of course I took several extra deep breaths and before long, I’m like, oh yeah. They gave me an IV (which didn’t hurt a bit) since I was going under for the implant. Dr Swiderski came in, greeted me, and the next thing I know I’m getting ready to go home. Man that was easy. Dr Swiderski is very skilled surgeon and has a great team. I've been their patient since 2012 for several implants. Always have had excellent results.

My procedure was yesterday. From the time of consult which was clear , complete and questions were answered, to the walk out time after procedure I had a sense of well being. The reception staff were kind and thorough. An employee that greeted me and took me back to the surgical suite was perfectly suited for her position. Her name was Allison.Calm, soft voice and gentle. I was given a nice blanket to keep toasty with while the prep went on. Nitrous oxide was given, which is a personal choice, and I remember Dr. Swiderski coming in greeting me, asking if there were any questions and if I were ready. Of course having the nitrous oxide there weren’t many cares at the time. I also remember a team of gals that came in at the same time but I never got to see them really. All were dressed in surgical attire. That is the part I didn’t like. I would have liked a minute with the Dr. before the NO and to have at least seen the faces (eyes) of the surgical team to greet them. I’m a people person. I realize time is money but this aspect is important. The Dr. Called me in the evening to see how I was doing which is nice. Of course I hadn’t written my questions down but was told to call anytime. After all is said and done I highly recommend Dr. Swiderski and his team. They are a professional group. My procedure was yesterday. When I need oral surgery this is the place I want to go. Surgery is not fun but they make it very comfortable and the whole staff is very kind and friendly. Dr Swiderski does a great job and explains exactly what he will be doing very clearly and he does a great job! I strongly recommend them.

I expected to talk to the Doctor ,and return for surgery,but was pleasantly surprised to have the removal with in minutes.The people there made it very comfortable,and quick,and also painless.Thank you Dr.Swinderski

Who here 'wants' to line up for oral surgery and an implant? Certainly not me! I had far too much oral surgery (and pain!) growing up, and I worked hard my entire life to avoid repeating it; life had other plans. That said, if you ever NEED Oral, Maxillofacial, or Implant Surgery, I can not imagine there is a better choice out there than David Swiderski, DS, MD. Dr. Swiderski may have an 'equal' somewhere, I really don't know, but he and his team are top-notch at everything they do, so why look further? I was really quite nervous (understatement) going in to get my surgery and implant, but I can honestly say I had no real pain throughout the entire process. My gums were uncomfortable at one point, so - as a precaution - I took two doses of the pain pill I was prescribed, but I didn't take any more because the pain I expected never arrived. We have been to Dr. Swiderski several times and found him and his staff to be excellent. My husband had 2 teeth extracted and 2 implants put in and I have had 3 teeth removed under sedation. He is an excellent dentist as well as a medical doctor.
