I had a worker's comp claim...I was feeling better with physical therapy...Doc advised I end treament and close my claim and they I would get some payment from the WC...which I knew nothing about. Well turns out it's a permanent injury, I didn't know this and he never told me this. I closed my claim, they paid me about 2 pay checks and now I'm in trouble. I have back pain every min of the day, can't sleep and the doc won't even talk to me because my claim is closed. I would have never closed it if he would have explained this would be permanent. Talks down to patients. I leave his office in tears every time have to go. Treats me like I am dumb because I can not remember things which is one of the reasons I need a neurologist. I live with headaches and have a hard time in general and I cringe every time I think of having to endure his rudeness.

Listed as a provider with my insurance company. Called for an appointment and was told they don’t take insurance, they only work with personal injury attorney cases. The girl was very abrupt and spoke down to me. A few days later, my friend had an appointment and personally asked the doctor if he would be able to help me. He told her he would and I needed to call the office. The doctor and the nurse were shocked the girl on the phone wouldn’t make the appointment for me. I called again I got the same receptionist. She was rude to me, again. I explained the situation. A few hours later, she called me to tell me they only take PI cases or workers compensation. They need to remove themselves from the BCBS list of doctors if they are not going to accept patients. I don’t know how they only accept you if you are trying to sue someone. awesome doctor had an emg test done staff and doctor treated me as a person/pt. not just a slab of meat on a table that you often see when workers comp is involved i would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat

Always very pleasant staff.

The doctor is a gem. His staff is also wonderful.

Very pleased with Dr. Sudderth care. Office staff as well very friendly and caring. Will recommend to anyone who has been injured like I was.

Dr. Sudderth is a physician who displays a caring and professional behavior. He gets to know his patients and provides excellent medical care based on that knowledge.

Dr. David Sudderth and staff were very helpful, compassionate and understanding. Dr Sudderth was very knowledgeable and kind in explaining any questions or concerns I had during my time of injury care. His staff made me comfortable during my visits. I recommend Dr. Sudderth. Very rude & works with the workers Compensation Insurance company.

This man is rude and condescending even while in front of his nurses. He does not care one ounce about his patients, their pain, or their issues. I would NEVER EVER go back

Extremely rude and talks down to you. For as much as our insurance pays this guy you would expect top notch treatment and respect. I will not be back

I have personally been in the therapy business for 40 years. I have found it hard to find such a caring, personable and knowledgeable worker's compensation doctor. I have known many either as my boss, a referral source or in my case my own Neurologist after a work injury. Dr. Sudderth was empathetic, thorough and responsive to my personal goals which was to get back to work ASAP. Thanks to him and his staff, I feel confident that I am turning the corner to complete recovery!

Dr Sudderths,compassion, understanding and genuine caring helped me immensely over the last 30 years. He has treated me like a friend as well as a patient, I can say from my heart that he has saved my life and encouraged me to live life to the best of my ability with my disabilities. I would highly recommend Dr Sudderth for any medical attention for any neurological disorders and his staff. In 1989 I had brain surgery L/temp AVM I have a seizure disorder, headachs, anxiety memory loss,ect.

I first went to Dr. Sudderth when every other doctor was telling me a needed back surgery..now! I was in severe pain and could not stand for more than 5 minutes at a time. After his treatment and therapy I resumed full activities. That was 20 years ago. Recently had a shoulder injury which baffled others, and again, to Dr. Sudderth who correctly diagnosed Winged Scapula. Dr. Sudderth is the best! John Makholm

I had an accident at the Lani Kai in Ft. Myers Beach when the glider benches and table collapsed on me as I was getting up. I was referred to Dr. Sudderth by Morgan & Morgan. I read the reviews and was quite skeptical. As an educated woman, I am surprised at the reviews. He was thorough, attentive and very astute. I would highly recommend him. I had first appointment on Mon., scheduled for nerve test on Tues. He attended the test and spent more time with me in review. He deserves a 10* rating.
