Dr Strausser is very honest, spends time to explain his perspective and gives the best advice. He will tell what the reality is and coming from him is very reassuring. Half of the pain goes away after the discussion itself. I highly recommend Dr. Strausser for any back pain issues

Fantastic Doctor, lower back surgery (fusion ) great experience fast healing his bedside manner is outstanding, very good explanation about what's going on, what has to be done , office clean, staff very good

Fantastic experience. I can’t thank Dr. Strausser & staff enough for helping me. My first time there I was in a lot of pain. Had my surgery on March 25 and today I am completely back to normal. No pain, no issues at all. Dr. Strausser and Wanda are an excellent team. Thanks again for everything!

I waited until I was fully healed to post my review because I wanted it to based on the whole experience. Basically, office visits, surgery and post op care has been fantastic! Highly recommend.

I like that he sat and talk with me as a patient. He wasn’t (Was Not) continually typing on his computer. It was good to have a doctor look me in the eyes and really talk to me.

I was seen as a new patient recommended by Dr.Chementi . Honestly he had very little bed side manner. He kept telling me that he does spine issues and my area of concern was in the spinal column! He really kept saying he was a surgeon , In a manner of dismissing me. I waited quite awhile to be seen and dismissed within 15 minutes. No asking or taking time to see my tender area. Honestly his nurse is a sweetheart and spent more time with me. I feel that the entire group he is in, is pushing you to do more testing and then see more Drs for “pain management. Almost like a money making machine practice. I know that there are doctors out there that can treat you and give you steroid shots all in one visit. My first visit went well. Will rate when I go to 2nd visit

He was knowledgeable and personable, and he explained everything without talking down to me.

Dr Strausser will try alternative to surgery if possible. I like that. He takes the time to listen and answer your questions.

Felt my issues were understood and Dr Strausser was easy to talk to. Excellent office visit.

Dr. Strausser is an amazing physician and surgeon. For the first time in 5 years I am living pain free. His staff is supportive and I can't say enough good things about them. Wanda has been incredible and is always a phone call away when I have needed assistance.

Was happy with all aspects of my visit with Memorial Hermann and Dr Strausser.

I received very informative information from Dr Strausser. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and reassure me that the treatment plan He has put into affect for me could very possibly solve many of my problems. I was relieved at this point that I was not facing surgery. I had options. I would recommend him to anyone who is having similar difficulties. His office staff was beyond kind considerate and direct. Our family members have been under Dr. Strausser’s care in the past 12 years, he always takes his time to explain & listen to patients with a warm manner. His treatment philosophy always starts with non-invasive ones, and surgery is the last alternative! We respect & trust his expertise and professionalism!

Got in early to deal with back pain. Worked out a plan of action promptly.

Dr. Strausser is very tentative, answer questions and provides excellent care.

Not taking anything away from Dr. Strausser. Very thorough and knowledgeable regarding orthopedics. Not very friendly with patients. Always feel like I'm rushed out of his office and an inconvenience. Yesterday's visit Dr. Strausser again cut the visit short telling me that, "he was busy!" Personally I feel that as a customer, and the amount of money being paid both out of pocket and insurance provider, the overall patient experience would be pleasant. I've been a patient of Dr. Strausser on and off for years. I must say I've gone to other back doctors and was not pleased with the treatment results. You can't go wrong with this doctor. I highly recommend Dr. David Strausser. Oh BTW he has an excellent staff, their very friendly.

First time visiting Dr. Strausser and I will say, I will be a returning patient. The staff was very friendly and I felt as if I was their only patient for the day. Dr. Strausser listened to my back issues and did not interrupt. He is very personable and was eager to get my best interest of healing a priority.

Dr. Strausser was running a bit late but was very apologetic and took his time with me explaining everything despite the fact that he was running behind.
