I am super grateful to be seen by Dr Strauss, and Nurse Georgia. How lucky I feel; super confident in their expertise and reams of knowledge.

Saved my life a few times. The Best

I was pregnant and had lymphoma in 1992 and he put me at ease. He is the best.

I have been with Dr Strauss for 3 years now for the same condition, and he has always kept me educated on where my condition stands and helped reassure me in the beginning. He does not rush to treatment if it is not necessary.

I was "assigned" to Dr. Straus following a team review of my case. Prior to consult, I expresssed my concern that this Dr. wasn't a good fit, and requested another provider. I was assured by Ismail Aleo (care advisor) that Dr. Straus was up to date on all aspects. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My consult was completed in under 1 hour (was told that consults range 3 -5 hours). Dr. Straus was not prepared, as my pathology slides had not been read prior to the consult, and he was unfamiliar with current clinical trials that I wished to discuss. Instead, he suggested older treatments dating back to 1969, and are no longer utilized. As I was being "dismissed", Dr. Straus asked his fellow to "bring in my next patient"! Dr. Straus is a poor representation of Sloan Kettering, and out of touch with modern medicine. His behavior was rude, and arrogant. Should have retired long ago.
