Had my first colonoscopy today and Dr. Siegel and his staff were amazing, very friendy, very professional and over great experience. Would definately recommend his services. Thank you Dr Siegel and all your staff.

I've had stomach issues for as long as I can remember. I fond Dr. Siegal through my internal medicine practice and he is great. He ran some tests and did scope. Finally found out that I had some acid reflux as well as inflammation issues contributing to my pain. Highly recommend him, it wasn't difficult to get on his schedule to be seen. I couldn't give no stars here. I DO NOT recommend this doctor. After suffering for many years with stomach pain my primary care nurse practitioner suggested I see this twit. I became "emotional" describing the pain I have and the duration of the pain. He seemed sympathetic I thought and then told me to seek emotional help. I take meds for panic attacks which really do help me, and got me through getting to the appointment and the appointment itself. This jerk replied the meds aren't working. I would never ever recommend this man to any patient seeking help for GI issues. I was anxious about seeing a new doctor. If I had known he was such an idiot I would not have ever seen him. Upside there were lots of parking spaces at his location.

The Worst experience of my health care history.. Dr Siegal was 2/5 but the whole front desk staff and especially the pharmacy authorization person Nichol was the worest of all. I will never go back to this office. I think the office need customer service training! Not professional at all????????????????????????

Tryed to convince me that I was "healthy" even when I was experiencing abdominal cramps and pain with severe weight loss. He also doesn't treat Sibo. He never ordered a colonoscopy to see possibilities of intestinal problems. Overall lazy and unprofessional. The fromt staff are not friendly either. Great doctor. Informative and personal. Answered all my questions and more. The staff was also friendly and called me prior to the procedure with all the necessary instructions.

I rather appreciate Dr. Siegel’s frankness and candor. I was fortunate he had a cancellation and was able to get in to see him immediately. As a result he was able to schedule me for an upper endoscopy the following day. He saw me before the procedure and explained everything. I feel good in his care and believe he knows what he’s doing.

My office visit was not a pleasant one. As the Dr. entered to see me the "energy" upon his entering was "bothersome". During our conversation the Dr. replied you need to see as Gastrointestinal Dr. -- Well, that is why I came to him? I left his office very bewildered, hurt and confused. This may seem a little awkward being his ratings are very good, but everybody has a bad day. In all his diagnoses was correct, but the attitude was offensive. (:-(

Thorough, answers questions fully, on time for all appointments, complete follow up to my satisfaction.

It's very nice to have the doctor see me before the procedure as this is very invasive. Dr. Siegel is extremely knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions. His bedside manner is excellent. I would have no problems encouraging my family and friends to go to Dr. Siegel for any type of GI problems.
