I went to dr shuster this morning 2/10/19. I went in terrified and looking all around for the 6” needless everyone talked about. It was painless and an informative visit. Thank you dr shuster.

I was surprised that the doc even did my test. Usually a helper does my testing for my docs. The staff was quick and friendly. He was quick but efficient. I liked him and felt comfortable with knowing his education and years of being a doc. Office was clean and no complaints from me. Keep up the good work Dr!!!!

Very professional and friendly

TERRIBLE !TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Absolutely the most unprofessional practice I have ever been in! If I could rate it in negatives I would. First Dr. Shuster had me take off my shirt for the test,no problem there but then he left the door wide open while he was IN THE ROOM and the patients walking by would look in and I’m not built like I used to be so obviously that was uncomfortable. Then he has me sit in a cloth padded chair shirtless. Thats just nasty. No sheet, no sanitary paper or anything . The only thing between me and the seat back was the sweat left from all the other people ahead of me.The chair smelled funny but I overlooked all of that. What really did it was Dr. Shuster’s rudeness. He talked down to me 3 times like I was a an annoying child. He first asked if I lost strength. Well my fingers and hand is asleep (pins and needles) all the time that’s why I was there to begin with so I said I think so, I drop stuff but my wrist and hand click when it happens and it’s numb so I’m not sure how to answer for certain if it’s a strength issue or lack of feeling. He scolded me and said” I didn’t ask about clicking did I? I asked about strength” I kept my cool. He made a few sarcastic comments after that,that I can’t exactly remember word for word so I won’t add. Last he asked where the pain was in my fingers. I told him and added it goes up my arm and he gave a mean look and said don’t move again. This is before the test even started! I couldn’t take another second of that garbage. I told him I don’t want his service and am reporting him. This was the most arrogant, impatient, and incredibly rude doctor I have ever even herd of let alone dealt with directly. Very good experienced competent doctor. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Dr Shuster and his staff are very kind and professional. It was a nice surprise when he himself called my husband the night before his procedure. Would recommend.
