Nicole was wonderful. ???? and the rest of the staff were very nice. I went to work immediately after my schlerotherapy session and did well without any pain meds. I had an overall great experience and would highly recommend.

I’ve been treated multiple times with Dr. Shin and he’s an excellent doctor. His staff is amazing from the moment you arrive and they are great with treating you with comfort and compassion. I am in the recovery process now. Every step of this procedure has gone like clockwork - from my initial check in to the actual procedure and the follow up appts. Dr. Shin is very experienced and knowledgeable with a GREAT bed side manner. He will take the time to answer every question you have in detail. Every member of the staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I am so glad I had my procedure with Dr. Shin!! I am in the recovery process now. Houston Vein Specialists exceeded my expectations with my complicated recovery process. Dr. Shin and his entire staff are very professional and caring which equates to treating their patients with respect. I never had to wait long (the view from the waiting room window makes you wish for more time) and the surgery went well. Dr. Shin was very cautious and patient with my issues and concerns. Dr. Shin is an extremely well qualified, board certified and seasoned surgeon. He has a very professional staff who work in tandem with him -- just like clockwork! Ray, his R.N., and his Physician Assistant work quickly and efficiently with Dr. Shin to insure the procedures are performed without incident. The person performing the ultrasounds is exemplary, as well. The front office administrative support staff is equally qualified and efficient. It is a unique experience to be treated by a staff who obviously work well together to achieve a common goal and outcome. I can truly say it was a pleasure to experience this level of expertise and look forward to some additional forthcoming procedures.
