I have been seeing this doctor for over a year for followup of my thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer. He doesn't listen to me, he chooses to stare at his computer screen the whole time I am talking and leaves me with even more questions than when I arrived. I feel like I should ask for my money back! I am finding a new endo with a bedside manner and that realizes that the patient is the customer.
I attended an appointment for my wife and unfortunately witnessed a probably very clinically competent physician spend most of his time with her looking at a computer. He hardly spoke to her, gave her no indication of what she could be dealing with and was quite obviously not listening to what she was saying and asking. He finished his assessment, left the room without saying a word...the nurse returned with an order for labs with no indication of what or why. Time to find a new Endocrinologist
