I have had hemorrhoids taken care of 3 times, also had several colonoscopy's the first of which, he found polyps and removed them at that time. I think he is a very caring, friendly doctor; and most importantly, knows his stuff.

My experience was absolutely awful. I'm a young male that suffers from hemorrhoids and I went in seeking treatment. He offered the rubber band litigation surgery which he found best. After my second procedure, I had extreme pain and started bleeding from my genitals and had UTIs. He showed no remorse at all and didn't care. Ever since then I've had constant on an off pelvic floor issues that I've been trying to solve. I've gone to multiple urologists and had a ultrasound done which has cost me thousands. Do not go to him.

He's the best of the best! Diagnosed in Sept 2016 with stage 3 rectal cancer. I was scared! He put me at ease, set a plan in motion by putting me in touch with radiation and chemo doctors, then he did surgery. Had 4 months of chemo after surgery. I follow up with him every few months. I am happy to say I've been in remission for almost 2 years!

Doagnosed with colon cancer at age 36. Dr Schuval was a life saver, personal, professional & really cares for his patients. Would definitely recommend.

My husband had rectal cancer and of course, we were scared to death. Dr. Schuval put us at ease at our appointment to talk about his surgery procedure. It was made very clear to us how everything was to go and helped us to feel a little better about the whole surgery. We have been following up now since the surgery in August of 2013. So far my husband is still cancer free and I feel at ease having the follow-ups. Festus, Mo.

I was scheduled to have surgery a day prior when I had already picked up the medication & the stool prep & already started drinking it I then receive a Call from his nurse telling me that Dr Schaval would not be doing said surgery He was concerned allegedly about me sueing him if he came across mesh while in surgery. I cant believe then he had the nerve to send me a bill for $17.00 Its a principle thing now I refuse to pay him he did nothing but waste my time. he should pay me 4 my time
