I highly recommend Dr. Ruebeck. He and his staff have been exceptional through a double mastectomy and reconstruction. Nikki (rn) answered my many questions and I always felt well cared, and as if I was their only patient.

Amazing surgeon! Honest, hardworking and patient. He also did breat job on my implant removal surgery with complete capsulectomy. Highly skilled and highly recommended!

I had nipple sparing double mastectomy due to breast cancer. Throughout a year of my cancer journey Dr Ruebeck & his staff were very kind, caring, patient & understanding. I believe Dr Ruebeck is a perfectionist & so am I, so at times I had a hard time imagining my breasts would look normal again, but after my reconstructive surgery I was extremely pleased & happy! Going through a breast cancer diagnosis, double mastectomy, chemo, and radiation was a pretty traumatic experience for me. Dr. Ruebeck was the "light at the end of the tunnel" (so to speak) in this entire experience. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and a highly skilled surgeon. His staff acknowledges how difficult it is to go through a cancer diagnosis and I was so pleased with both Dr. Ruebecks and his nurse Nikki's bedside manner. Dr. Ruebeck achieved results better than I could hope for.

I went in for a rhinoplasty (enlarged noise) they were to shave of the excess to form a new normal size nose. after 1 month it just wouldn't heal i went back 3 times, each time they would pull off the bandage and it would start bleeding again and whatever healing was pulled off with the bandage. I WAS NEVER TOLD TO GENTLY SOAK IT OFF SO AS NOT TO DISTURB THE HEALING. They kept saying don't worry it will heal, Well after 7 months it finally scarred over and I am stuck with a nose with ugly scar tissue covering the entire thing. Dr Rubeck offered to take skin from behind my ears and use it for a skin graft on the nose. I didn't let him do it. Its my feeling if he messed up a simple noise reduction I wouldn't trust him with something more difficult. I just saw another GP at the Mayo Clinic who after seeing my nose asked me if I tried scar cream . I said no one ever told me that something like that existed. i've been using it now for 4 months and i'll be darned its working . i'm finally to the point where i'm no longer embarassed to be seen in public. I T WOULD OF BEEN NICE IF RUBECK MENTIONED THE CREAM. Horrific experience here. Had a breast reduction the scars still won't go away and I was supposed to pay more for the scar papers when he gave me hypertrophy scarring. Didn't put drains in me then a stitch burst from the inside and was poking my rib and out my skin cut me open again put drains in like he should have the first time. Then put the stitches on the outside and I couldn't get into him to get them out had to have a in home care nurse help me take the stitches and drains out by myself. Don't go here because it's cheaper. Oh and don't take it down this time. Horrific experience here. Very compassionate and understanding and listened to my questions - never pushy

I am a 62 year old Paraplegic with pressure sore problems. I have had 3 similar surgeries to repair the damage, but Dr Ruebeck was by far the best surgeon. The surgery I had was not a typical plastic surgery case, but Dr Ruebeck took me on and did a great job. I feel very confident I will not have to do this again.

I could not have been in better hands for my breast reconstruction during and after my breast cancer. David really takes his time with his patients, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. He made me feel at ease when faced with a very scary surgery. I can't recommend he and his team more.

I found this office extremely pleasant to go to. Staff very professional and friendly. Procedures were explained well and questions answered. I never felt rushed. Informational letters were sent out prior to surgeries with what was required of the patient preoperative and post op. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my procedure.

His gentle manner was so appreciated at a very difficult time for me. He explained things clearly and listened to me. It goes without saying he is highly skilled and I am very happy with the final result. I also was thankful for Nikki who always returned my many calls and answered questions.

Takes his time with patients and with any of their concerns. If you're from out of town, his team can squeeze you into an appointment within the next week usually! He's also very detailed and I would say perfectionistic in a good way. He seems to be proud of his work and he should be! I highly recommend.
