I recently left the office I'd been using for 25 years and Dr. Riley has been a wonderful choice. He listens to his patients and truly works with them to find solutions. I often recommend him to anyone looking for a physician!

I called dr Riley’s nurse, and left a voicemail, stating that I was sick with a fever and body aches. My job sent me home and wanted me to take a covid test. I need a referral from my doctor to do so. I called the nurse twice and no response! Til this day I never got a call back. I went to a CVS and got tested there instead! Dr Riley is not concerned with your health I would not recommend him to the devil.

So I was shopping around for a MDO with my new insurance. I contacted this office and was told they would waive my copay for the first visit. So I made the appointment and went to the initial visit. They did all the normal stuff for a first visit, and when I went to leave I was told I didnt owe a copay. Now I am receiving a bill from Olathe Health for a 35.00 copay. More than anything I need to be able to trust my physician. Ultimately I will end up probably paying this but I won't be going back. If you can't trust the Physician or office staff with something as simple as a $35 copay how in the world am I going to trust them with my health? This was a dealbreaker! Dr. Sherard is excellent! He cares deeply about his patients. He educates you about concerns. Dr Sherard is patient, kind, and knowledgeable as is his nurse Paige.

I have never been more disappointed. I never used to have any problems here except for the last few years. It takes at least a month if not longer just to make an appointment to get a prescription filled. The ones I get through mail are faxed into the office to just be signed for approval and shipping, but the script was not signed so I have not recieved it in time to continue on the medications schedule properly.... which has REALLY screwed things up for me. This has happened not once, not twice, but three times.... my medication being late because of this problem. I always feel rushed when I am in, and it almost seems as though they are just very dismissive of patients. I had once called to make an appointment for a checkup and requested my blood be drawn just to check up on things. I was told to fast the 12 hours before that appointment for the blood draw and I did. My checkup was incredibly fast and I had even told her at the beginning I was also getting my blood drawn. At the end of the checkup, she got up and held the door open for me and told me the ladies up from could check me out. I had to remind her AGAIN that I was supposed to get my blood drawn. Like 15 minutes after I had just told her. I've never forgotten that. It was like I was being scooted out the door all rushed so they could just keep the dough flowing. At this point I am just done. Jennifer at the front desk was rude when I arrived slightly late to my appointment but within the 15 minute window of my appointment. Unprofessional and curt. Scheduling appointments is often difficult due to the on-staff nurse not returning phone calls. During my 4 years of being a patient this was a recurring problem.

Dr Riley is the best Doctor I’ve ever seen! He’s he’s friendly you can tell you’re cared for he listens and he explains things and make sure you understand!! Very good man!!!

Very caring doctor who asks the right questions in order to diagnose the problem.

When I made an appoint for my kid to have annul physical and vaccination, I told the receptionist what I need and what insurance we have. But when we see the doctor, at the last minute he said his clinic does not have vaccination contract with the insurance, I have to go somewhere else, "or if you want to cancel this appointment entirely". Dr Riley is fantastic. Our whole family has seen him and he is kind and professional!

Dr. Riley is excellent. He takes the time necessary to answer all your questions, and he genuinely cares about you.

He forgets patients, He does not follow through with completing the prescriptions.

Love my Drs....but why make appointments if it's 40 min to an hour later after you check in!!!!

Dr. Riley has been great in the past, when you are actually seen by him. He is thorough and makes sure he addresses your needs. Getting an appointment is the only problem. Expect to wait at least a week to get an appointment with the clinic. Not fun if you are in pain, an additional doctor within the practice is recommended.

You will never feel like you are being rushed to get through the appointment. Dr. Riley does a great job of taking time with his patients. His office also does not over book their schedule so you rarely have to wait long for your appointment. We switched to Dr. Riley when my wife was pregnant with our first child because my wife's previous doctor couldn't be bothered to answer our questions. We have been extremely happy with Dr. Riley ever since and his has delivered an cared for both of our children. You will never feel like you are being rushed to get through the appointment.
