Poor bedside manners. Disrespectful towards female patients., disregards serious medical complaints. Incompetent to diagnose any serious neurological conditions. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking medical care.

I was concerned about headaches I had been experiencing and Dr. Reynolds took the time to diagnose what turned out to be a very manageable condition. I appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism.
Dr. Reynolds was knowledgeable and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. He took his time to make sure I understood everything and I never felt rushed.
Dr. Reynolds was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. After five doctors and two ERs, they had no idea what was going on with me. Dr. Reynolds saw me for a few minutes and realized that something serious was going on with me and sent me to the Hospital /ER. Five days later I was home recovering from GBS. I highly suggest his services.

I went to Dr. Reynolds for a second opinion. It was my first visit. A panel of labs was ordered. The results confirmed my condition.However, I received summaries from Medicare and my secondary insurance that a portion of the bill was not paid.It seems that a test was not coded by Dr. Reynolds to justify payment of this test. I called his office and left a message NO RESPONSE.I sent an e-mail NO RESPONSE. After two weeks I PAID THE LAB BILL. $ out of pocket!!! I filled a Medicare appeal. WAITING.

He answered our questions, I could tell he knew what he was doing. Was able to address the situation and provide solutions and recommendations. Looking forward to working with him to get my mom the help she needs.
