Dr. Reed has been treating my eyes for 3-4 years now, he and his staff are outstanding. They are always friendly and professional. I have to have shots in my eyes every 5-6 weeks and even when I am stressed, they make the visit as easy as possible. Sometimes you have a bit of a wait, but they move things along as quickly as possible. I have worked in the medical field for many years, and I can assure you that if you are a patient of Dr. Reed's you are getting the best treatment possible.
Dr. Reed and the entire staff worked hard to diagnose my new onset eye issue. He communicated clearly, explaining his thoughts and concerns. He was thorough in his follow ups with me and with communications with other doctors involved in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Reed.
I can understand how Dr. Reed could come across as brusque to some people, but to my mind he's just efficient and no-nonsense. But he's also extremely knowledgeable and competent and has always taken the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain things to me. I also find him quite personable and friendly. I trust his clinical judgment and am very happy that he's my OD!
After waiting 2 hours, were disappointed to meet a rude doctor with an attitude, who spoke down to his patient and not at all approachable. Needs to work on people skills.
