They called me to confirm appointment and I advised that I need to do the cancel. Told me I would need to pay a $200 cancel fee. I said I was never made aware of that! Keep in mind they called me 24 hours in advance of the appointment to confirm this when I said I would not be able to make it. Very rude, disrespectful and unscrupulous business practice. She told me I would get a bill, I said I would not pay it, she said I’ll send it to collections, I set my attorney will handle it, she said fine that’s your choice. Unbelievable! I’m going to report this to the Florida board of medicine. It seems like they think they can bully people into giving them money for no service as rendered.

Dr Rawlings knows his stuff. Very good bedside manner coupled with superb knowledge. Thoroughly explains what he does, what he is going to do and why he’s going to do it. The cognitive testing is very complete and he fully explains the results. My wife was totally at ease with him. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rawlings was recommended by a friend and lived up to my expectations. He was on time, knowlegable, informative, helpful and patient. I know it was a difficult time for my dad and Dr. Rawlings was great with him. Thank you so much!

I went to Dr Rawlings for help and I left feeling worse and in tears. I would never recommend Dr Rawlings to anyone. I have a traumatic brain injury. My first appointment with Dr Rawlings consisted of no contact with him besides him putting me in a small storage closet sitting next to a copy machine for 4 hours of written tests. His only words to me were just answer the questions with the first thing that came to my mind. I left that appointment in tears with no support from anyone.

Warning!! May have the credentials but lacks everything else!! Disrespectful, Rude, Arrogant, BULLY!!
