General maintenance visit that meet my schedule needs and performed in a professional and timely response.

Today I had my annual wellness exam with Dr Rawdon. I actually look forward to these visits. I find Dr Rawdon's staff to be top notch, and I think he does an excellent job of explaining things to me in "lay men's" terms, so that I can understand what I'm being told. I feel very comfortable in asking him questions. I feel he has a good grasp of my medical history and current conditions, which allows him to give me good direction as to what we need to do with my healthcare.

I've been going here for sometime now, but since they've been taken over by BJC, quality of care has took a nose dive. Good luck trying to talk to some one, after long waits , you'll get disconnected and have to start all over again with busy signals.

Hands down one of the best doctor's around period!he takes the time to listen and tends to your every care. Dr. David Rawdon, Pamela nurse practitioner and Amanda office referral. Excellent team. Professionals. The entire team works extremely hard. I appreciate them. May GOD cover them and protect the entire office. Be blessed. Sharon Ashurst

When you call, plan on being on hold for at least 30 minutes. When you have an appointment, plan on sitting in the exam room for at least 45 mins past your appointment time. The phone and appointment staff leave a lot to be desired. The nurses are good and the doctor is excellent. The doc gets 5 stars, the staff get 1.

Dr. Rawdon has excellent bedside manner. You can truly tell that he cares for each and everyone of his patients. I come up from Tennessee to remain his patient.

It is his openness to listen that impressed me, and his diagnosis was spot on

Dr. Rawdon was my doctor during his residency over 20 years ago. I recently started seeing him again as my PCP. To my surprise, he is much of the same person/doctor he was back then. Very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Most importantly, he speaks in terms you can understand (unlike a lot of other doctors) and ensures that you understand the information he is relaying. Breath of fresh air compared to many of the PCPs I've dealt with over the years.....Would definitely recommend.

How do you not take people without insurance? I guess we don't need medical care.

My girlfriend and I drove all the way from Missouri to see this doctor’s assistant, Pam today. She was badly injured in a car accident and all Pam had to offer was rude and unprofessional behavior. She wouldn’t write a prescription and suggested to take ibuprofen...Seriously?? She is so badly injured that she can barely walk. I’ve seen better medical care from 19 year olds in the military. This lady clearly has some type of disgusting obstruction blocking her thought process. Why go to the “doctor” if you can’t even get medicine from them?? Shameful. Dr. Rawdon was my husband’s PCP for a short while and the care he received at this office was despicable. First, for a surgical procedure, the doctor referred him to the WRONG specialist; one that did not even treat his condition. Every time we have needed to speak to the doctor’s nurse, it takes DAYS to receive a callback. Then, when we try to return their call, you sit on hold and no one answers. I've been a patient of Dr. RAWDON's for most of my adult life, (age 60). I'm grateful he is my doctor and wouldn't want anyone else. He is an excellent doctor who always gives 110%.

I wouldn't want to go to any other Dr., he is the best!

Dr. Rawdon goes through all the healthcare concerns you have and seems very knowledgeable. he has a way of going through everything quickly and not making you feel rushed. I'm 56 years old and he's the best doctor I've had by far, I would highly recommend him.

Needs to take some time after his appointments and follow through with the prescriptions. I have had to contact 3 times to renew my scripts because he forgot. The nurses are useless. I called over a month ago and still haven't received a call back. It has went down hill since BJC took over! Guess it's time to find a different Dr that can follow through after appointments and nurses who can remember to do something when they are told!!!

Two years of experienceing the same issues, multiple MRI and test results later to get told I have arthritis, no relief for pain, expensive medical bills, with results being: Mild arthritis in neck. My attorney finally sent me off to a different medical specialist who conducted the same tests in a day that I was ran around with two years. MRI reports show I have Herniated Disc which was not stated by the nurses that called to follow up my results. For two years I have been in debt for medical bills, which was all resolved in 1 day by other medical specialists. I feel not only was this unprofessional but also a waste of time and money for no reason, never again will I go to this doctor nor memorial for there lack of medical knowledge and experience. Been going to him for 20 years! Wouldn't have anyone else. He is great.

Been going to this group since they started. Lack of communication and not giving their patients the best choices cost me a bunch of money. Very disappointed with their staff. Dr Rawdon is the only doctor I truly trust for my kids and me. He has always been absolutely amazing!

Absolutely love Dr Rawdon. He is personable. He listens and is extremely knowledgeable. He does not rush or treats you as an assembly line stamp inspection. The staff are courteous; the office is clean and bright.

Dr. Rawdon and his staff are TOP KNOTCH! I went to 2 different doctors and even landed in the emergency room on 3 occasions for the same ongoing medical issue, which was never taken seriously! Finally, Dr. David Rawdon came highly recommended to me. He is the ONLY medical professional to take me seriously and to act swiftly to address my medical concerns! Great Dr. And great staff. Definitely highly recommended

Everyone was nice. I did not get some numbers to call for some things they asked me to do. But other then that all good.

Great doctor, funny and actually cares about his patients. Very knowledgeable.

Best doctor to have he actually cares for his patients and will do all in his power to help you with you health care. He will sit and explain everything to you not just put you in and out. Always know exactly what's going on. All staff is very friendly and respectful you couldn't ask for a better primary doctor!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wait time for appointments is usually anywhere between 1 - 2 hours. Staff is not good, and dr rawdan isn't much better..he always seems antsy and unnatentive.
