Dr. Pontell provided outstanding service in sanding down a growth on the ball of my foot and recommending a reasonably priced shoe insert to prevent regrowth. But his billing department is a nightmare, causing repeated insurance claim denials and improper bills for the claim balance because they seem unable to bill the correct Blue Cross Blue Shield affiliate.

Dr. Pontell is awesome! Setting the appointment, diagnoses, and operation all went perfect. He is very respectful of time and I was never waiting during my appointment. The follow up phone call and email communication was greatly appreciated!

I saw Dr. Pontell for the first time to treat an ingrown toe nail. Wow, what a great experience. Dr. Pontell was patient and thorough and treated me during the visit. His staff is pleasant and helpful. Outstanding care!

Dr Pontell helped my foot problems ... many problems such as pronation, bunions, heel spurs, ankle weakness...I walk so much better now, though it's a long journey. He has an upbeat staff who are very patient oriented, he has good equipment, and great prep and follow up. He also has a dry sense of humor which helps lighten the mood, but is focused on you when he is treating you. He also partnered well with my family doctor. Great help for feet and ankles.
