Dr. David A Pennington

He didn't question why I wanted my hysterectomy. He trusted me when I said my periods were killing me even though other docs claimed nothing was wrong. He was kind and gentle in my appointment. He found massive damage to my reproductive organs when he did my surgery - proving those other docs dead wrong.

I have had issues with pcos and endometriosis for many years. Since moving to bullhead I had trouble finding a dr to help me and listen. He listened to my issues and looked at my history he also did his own exam right away. He performed my hysterectomy, he was professional and timely. He called me personally after surgery to check on me. That impressed me a lot.

Dr Pennington was awesome. It was my first visit and I usually don’t go to men Drs. But my experience with Dr Pennington has changed my mind. He spent time with me and listened to everything I had to say. He was gentle and his personality is great. He made me feel very relaxed and he was very thorough. I liked him. His staff was also great. I would recommend Dr. Pennington 100%.

Dr. Pennington is the best doctor I have ever seen. He was my doctor when he worked in Roy and when he left to Provo to open his own practice I tried a couple different doctors and I was not happy. I decided it was worth it to drive to Provo so he could still be my doctor. I recently had a hysterectomy and Dr. Pennington did an amazing job not just with the surgery but with explaining everything during my appointments before, he made me feel calm right before the surgery and checked on me after. He is patient with all my questions and I never feel stupid or uncomfortable asking him anything. My recovery was so great and I feel better than ever. It is nice to find a doctor I can trust. It is obvious Dr. Pennington cares about what he does but also cares about the patients.

Dr. Pennington is super likable and kind. His office staff remember me personally from visit to visit (and from call to call!). I feel like they know and care about my pregnancy. If I call with a question the staff can't answer, they'll put Dr. Pennington on the phone with me if he's in the office, and I love that. Oh, and wait time upon our arrival is usually like 5 minutes or less.

I am a patient with many complications and I have seen several doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Pennington is one of the best doctors I have encountered. He is very honest and you can tell that he cares for his patients. He goes above and beyond looking for options that best work with you. Outside your doctor's visit he continues to research for you. Great doctor and I recommend him for everyone!

I changed jobs & Insurance when I was 6 months pregnant. Usually doctors dont take on new patients that late in a pregnancy. I was panicking & needed an OB that specialized in high risk pregnancies. I was so grateful Dr Penningtion was willing to take me. The last few months were great & my c-section went amazing thanks to him. I healed so quickly & my scar is small. I'm seriously considering making the drive from Layton to Provo where his new practice is, for my next baby. He's very worth it!!
