First visit - I found Dr. Dr. Novicki to be calm, kind and caring. He listens.

He is dishonest and he should retire!

Turn and run if you are considering this doctor. After putting an implant in my big toe , I was in alot of pain for several years following the procedure. I returned several times to inquire why and he told me it was text book perfect each time. I went for 2 other opinions, both were in agreement that the implant was put in crooked. I needed surgery to correct it. This arrogant , egotistical little man should take a look in the mirror and revisit the oath he once took to do no harm. I have to agree with the other review posted here. I saw Dr. Novicki for pain in my right foot. On the first visit, I waited an hour. When he saw me, I started to explain that I already have nerve damage in my right leg and a resulting drop foot as the result of an injury. Mid-sentence, he dismisses what I'm saying until I testily filled him in on the neurologist's diagnosis. Turns out I have a neuroma on my foot as a result of the gait. He recommended injections and fitted me for a brace to help me walk better and the insurance denied it, saying there were other braces they would cover that work just as well. He has yet to return my calls about getting the second brace or what else we can do about it. He was condescending, rude, and clearly was more interested in getting the most insurance money instead of caring that I'm still without a brace two months after the fitting. And not for nothing, when we went to do the first injection, I asked him what to expect and he said it would be just a pinch. It was an injection right into the nerve of my foot which he had to freeze before administering. When I cried out in pain, he was like "oh you're not that great with shots" trying to joke around about it. I'm not five. I would have been more mentally prepared for a painful shot if I was informed of such. I currently have an appointment to see a different podiatrist in another practice. Very professional front office staff. Dr Novicki gave me a detailed exam and directed me to a terrific rehab facility.

Avoid Dr. David Novicky at all costs. I had a bunion & hammertoe surgery on my left foot that was done by him. My big toe stick out like a thumb on a hitchhiker. My second toe (hammertoe) now looks like a fat little sausage. No more wearing sandals for me. I have to have another surgery to correct his mistakes. Because a waiver is presented before the surgery, it frees Dr. Novicky of any responsibility for his mistakes. Two different podiatrists that I have seen since Dr. Novicky have commented on what a lousy job he did on my foot & what a shame that I now need another surgery to fix his lousy surgical skills. I wish someone had warned me about him before I decided to have my surgery done.

Stay away!! I rarely write a bad review about anyone but I feel compelled to write this. I originally went in to see dr novo like for pain I my right foot. I told him many times it felt like something was broken. He insisted it was neuropathy as I am a diabetic. He prescribed lotions and pills but said there was nothing else wrong. On one of my visits in a showed him what I thought was a corn on my other foot and asked him to removed it. He took one look and said I needed surgery for hammer toes ( which now I am seriously wondering about) I accepted this and had the surgery. But I still had the pain in my right foot. He then sent me to physical therapy for my foot, I went but I was in more pain after than before. Never did he suggest an Mri. Finally I just stopped going. Recently I went to another foot dr (after a yr of no treatment) I was finding myself dragging my foot around. 1 trip into the new dr office and he said this isn't good. X-rayed and said he thought I had stress fractures!! Sent me for an mri which confirmed it. Thanks to Dr. Novicki's misdiagnosis the time it will take to heal is much longer. In my opinion he didn't see $$ in healing a fracture like he would have in the hammer toe surgery. Stay away!! I rarely write a bad review about anyone but I feel compelled to write this. Dr. Novicki is a highly knowledgeable and experienced, 'Get down to business' podiatrist. He's been my Dr. for the past few years and has performed 2 surgeries, both of which had an excellent outcome. His office has its own surgical center in Milford and the ease with which I got in there and out of there was fantastic. But even more notable was the obviously experienced and incredibly warm and outgoing staff. Each and every one of them, from the minute I walked in the door, could not have been better. Love Dr. Novicki and his wonderful staff INCLUDING the great girl in the main office who has a 2 year old and a very bright future, particularly when she finishes college!! Thank you all!

Dr. Novicki is a highly knowledgeable and experienced, "Get down to business" podiatrist. And, if you can get him past his "business like" (as it should be) attitude, he has a great sense of humor. I've had 2 surgeries with him - a neuroma and now a Tailor's Bunion, with excellent outcomes. His entire staff at his surgical facility was warm and welcoming and went far above and beyond in every way. I think maybe I can't wait to come back and see them for the other foot! :) :)

Very rough, try to get me to schedule surgery on my foot , took nail off and ingrown toenail. Still hurts after 2 years

I could get very wordy here but after 2 years of pain I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I have 2 fractures dr novicki diagnosed as neurapthy.
