Dr Norfleet's retirement was handled POORLY, to say the least. Patients who were just seen in December had to schedule spots to see new Drs before continuing on Meds that I have been on for 4. Years! Anyone who has been on Fentynal or has experienced withdraw knows 1) It's Dangerous 2) Can be life threatening 3) makes you seriously ill and ER won't help, Norfleet's office was like nothing we can do . Cost me a week in bed sweats chills vomiting , And more. Now in SERIOUS MAJOR PAIN AND NO MEDS

Dr. Norfleet is retiring at the end of the year. I've been seeing Dr. Norfleet & AARNP Matthews for 8 years. They Do Not treat their patients like drug addicts (as one reviewer stated) & I've always understood every word or explanation given. Unfortunately, the new doctors taking over the practice do not accept my insurance. I'm going to miss the care provided by these very caring & professional medical people. I wis Dr. Norfleet the best in his retirement.

Dr Norfleet and ARNP Mathews operate a high quality practice in a difficult medical field. I have averaged 6 appointments a year over an 7 year period to treat severe pain. I am close to 70 years old and work full time....without their support, I would not be able to do much more than get through each day dreading the next day. High quality practice with a patient need focus !

The doctor treat you like a drug addict. He talks to you using words and phrases you'd never use in everyday life. So forget understanding what he's saying. He explains absolutely nothing to you about your diagnosis or his plan for you. You have no input for the situation and if all go well he'll see you in three months, unless you request an earlier appointment. And hope you never have an issue. His office manager Cathy, Is a parrot for him. Poly want a cracker.More to say, no characters left.
