Did not listen to what I said. Had no good suggestions or recommendations. Not a good provider.

Dr Nethery and his staff are wonderful cataract surgery 3 years ago has been a blessing and no effort was made to "sell" the type of lens I needed... in fact, I was given clear understanding as to why I should not entertain or attempt a more sophisticated lens, and he explained why my particular history required the simple lens which was completely covered by Medicare. My ability to perceive color accurately was restored which has been a great blessing, as I am a portrait artist whose career has spanned 45 years Only praise for my experience with Dr Nethery and his staff (Kate. the new assistant was delightful and easy to talk to..

Saw Dr Nethery last week for possible cataracts. I was ready for the chance I might be sold cataract surgery, but that wasn't the case at all. Dr Nethery and his staff were very friendly and informative and I was actually told I didn't need surgery yet. He recommended I follow-up with him in the next 6 mos - 1 yr, whichever I felt comfortable with. Great visti!!

Saw Dr. Nethery for a routine eye exam. Gave me a hard time about wearing a mask into the office and being concerned about covid. Brought politics in the appointment. Lectured me and was incredibly rude, arrogant and misinformed. Will never go back.

My husband just had cataract surgery and was very pleased and is looking forward to the next eye being done next week. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend David Nethery.

Dr Daviad A Nethery came to me recommended by another Ophthalmologist, one for whom I have high regard. Dr Nethery replaced a cataract, it is and our interactions have been execllent.

Dr Netherly and his staff provide the upmost professional care. From consultation through surgery and the follow up post operative as a patient, I could not have asked for better care. sue dickerson

On 7-19 @ 8:30am (prep time) appt. Until going home. It was easy, and very efficient. All staff had their jobs and worked efficiently. It was prep, drops, anesthesia, then woke up gotten ready to be driven home. No pain! I had major trama from previous head injury. Which was addressed thoroughly. Could see better next day. I had cataract surgery on my eyes here in Hurst several years ago before I knew about Dr. Neathery. Nothing but problems. Wish I had known about him then. I think one of the worst decisions people make is to go to a particular doctor because "he is close." That's not a good reason to choose a doctor. Dr. Neathery is a fine doctor and very caring.

I had both eyes done, one in late November, and one in early December 2019. I chose the PanOptic multi focal lens after the rave reviews the doctors staff gave them. This was a$3300 per eye upgrade. I was told that I was an excellent candidate for them and would absolutely love them. My experience has been less than described. I recently made an appointment to get checked to see if there was a problem. I was told by the doctor I was old and needed to manage my expectations, I am 68 in in excellent overall health. He went onto say elderly people should realize that they are old and they are just not going to get great results. The surgery and the staff are good, I would never recommend Doctor Nethery.

Excellent, I went in with an eye infection and he immediately diagnosed it and gave me a prescription for drops that cleared it up

Bad Experience! After being a patient for over 10 years. I had an appointment. Patiently waited over an hour (no one acknowledged the excessive wait time) Once I was put back I was seen by Trina. She was so rude for the entire 5 minutes she was with me I actually decided to leave. Her behavior was so over the top I left in tears. I even stopped Dr. Nethery and explained how shocked I was at the horrible treatment. He acted cool and allowed Trina to stand and smirk at me as I told him about my experience. Not once did either of them offer an apology. I guess they do not believe in customer service. After reading all the BAD reviews everywhere I realized I am not the only one that has been mistreated by this office. They just lost a great patient, not that they care. Bad Experience! I was treated with respect every time I was at office and on phone.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Nethery's proactice. I've been going for more than 5 years - typical eye care plus symptoms related to diabetes. The staff is always thoughtful and caring, the equipment and facility is state-of-the-art and Dr. Nethery's chairside manner is insightful, thoughtful, and focused on me and my concerns. Thorough, friendly and efficient!

Office Well organized Brenda worked with me. She is most pleasant and she was very good about exploring all procedures. Dr. Nethery sets the tone for his office. Everyone is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

The wife and I have been in Dr. Nethery's care for many years and have always had excellent results.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nethery is always easy for me to talk to and answers all my questions. I have been going to him for 5 years and always have a good experience.

My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Nethery because my vision was deteriorating quite rapidly and my previous eye doctor was not able to determine the cause. Within minutes of being examined by Dr. Nethery he explained the problem and referred me to a cornea specialist for treatment which was very successful. It was a life changing experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nethery for a long time and recently had cataract surgery. His staff is very professional and caring, put me at ease and explained everything that was going to take place. It was actually quite easy and was painless - all those worries are not necessary!

I had cataract surgery on both eyes in August. My experience was wonderful. I have had not problems and love having mono vision lens so I don't have to wear contacts or glasses. Thank you Dr. Nethery.

Dr. Nethery and his staff were very kind and courteous. I felt like Dr. Nethery took the time to listen to my questions and return thoughtful answers. He is extremely knowledge about what he does and therefore recommends things that will be the most beneficial to the patient. The results of my new eye lenses are amazing and the downtime was almost non-existent. I am thankful that I was referred to Nethery Eye Associates!

Totally impressed by Dr. Netherly's concern in securing proper diagnosis of my eye condition prior to surgery as well as the excellent results from surgeries on each eye.

It was the best thing I ever did for my eyesight. I wish I had done this many years before. Service was great and the surgery was a breeze. I highly recommend it. No problems.

Could not ask for, or find a better group of people ANYWHERE.

Very efficient operation. From the clerical staff to the intake nurses in the operating room very caring and competent. Operation took 7min for each eye. Results were great.

Dr. Nethery would not explain the difference between cataract lenses. Instead, he asked me what kind of engineer am I? He asked this twice. He said, are you questioning me? I said yes. He said, no you are not. He asked me if this is about money. I said yes and doing the least invasive procedure. His assistant asked my wife if I am conservative. Better not to ask this doctor to explain why he recommends certain lenses over others.

Dr. Nethery & his staff are knowledgeable, kind & comforting & the surgery was painless.. He removed my cataracts, put in the special lenses & now I don't need glasses at all!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Nethery to anyone in need of his expertise He is friendly, very knowledgeable. Takes time for me as a patient. Explains thoroughly all things happening with my eyes, as well as my questions and concerns.

Dr. Nethery, his associates and staff, are simply wonderful. Have been using them for years and have referred many patients to them as well.

Dr. Nethery removed my cataracts recently. Not only was the procedure very successful, the process was easy and smooth. Each person I dealt with in the office and in the surgery center was kind and gave me all the information I needed. You can trust that Dr. Nethery is on the cutting edge of ophthalmology practices.

Highly likely --well trained and caring staff. Everyone knows their duties and responsibilities. My cataract surgery went smoothly and I was very relaxed knowing I was in good hands.

Just had my yearly exam with Dr. Nethery on Dec. 6, 2016 at 10am. My appointment was rushed and he didn't take time to listen to my concerns about my vision and glasses. He interrupted me to talk to his assistant and his exact words were "well, just tell me what you want." I didn't really know what I wanted -- that's why I was there to see him. The other staff members I interacted with were helpful and polite. Probably looking for a new ophthalmologist.

Its been 5 months since my surgery and results are still great. Dr. Nethery answered all my questions prior to surgery and the information provided was excellent. I knew exactly what to expect the day or surgery and what to do post surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Nethery.

Our experience was that Dr Nethery was arrogant and rude when a question was asked. Also a bit like an assembly line and cattle car experience. No bed side manners.

I was very nervous about having cataract surgery but Dr. Nethery and his staff were so encouraging. It was fast, easy, and painless. I am amazed at how quickly I was able to see....even better out of my left eye than I can see out of "the good eye". EVERYONE was so great and I am so grateful. He is very knowledgeable about the available options involving cataract surgery and he did two excellent procedures on me!

Dr Nethery is a professional, friendly doctor that genuinely cares about his patients. He took the necessary time with me and I could not have asked for anything more. The cataract surgery that he performed on me was so successful that I can now see things that I haven't seen in years.

Dr. Nethery did my cataract surgery 2 years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. As time goes by,I am even more pleased as I see my friends who have had their surgeries other places and have problems or their vision is not as good as it should be. Dr. Nethery recommended Restor lenses and I am so pleased with my vision-I can read very small print without cheaters and spot a golf ball all the way down the fairway. His office staff is professional and caring and the surgical staff amazing.

I searched high and low with many Doctors for over three months and didn't like what I found. Out of frustration I met with my long time family Doc. for assistance. He told me when his Father needed cataract surgery he sent him to Dr. Nethery. After meeting with him and his staff I new imeadiatly this was the right place for me. Both of my surgerys where a complete success and turned out better than I hoped for. And to my surprise he saved me 8K from what other Docs. where suggesting that I do.

Very considerate, helpful, spends proper amount of time with patients and explains things very well. He's a great Doctor and glad we Dr. Dean recommenended him to our family.

My experience with Dr. Nethery and his office was excellent. He is patient, kind, interested and 100% at what he does. His staff is the same way. I had cataract surgery. I now see 20/20 in both eyes. I have a new lease on life. I can't believe the difference. I wish I hadn't wait so long to have the surgery.
