He pulled a few of my teeth couple years ago. Didn't even feel them come out and I have long teeth in back. Very pleasant and staff was great. Highly recommend.

PATHETIC . Husband was due to have surgery at 3pm , we arrived early . When he went back me and my 2 year old waited in the lobby . I was playing with him so as expected he was laughing . Another woman walked into the lobby and said “oh he’s a happy baby” 5 minutes later she preceded to say “oh he is annoying that laugh is giving me a headache , glad he is happy but you need to calm him down” I didn’t reply . Shortly after she walks into the office to complain about my TWO YEAR OLD . So all the nurses and receptionist are looking at me like I’ve committed a murder as my child plays with his toys , I explained to the lady at the front window that he is tired it’s past nap time , so of course 5 minutes go by and he climbs into my lap and falls asleep . I can not believe that I was treated this way , I’ve never in my life met a 2 year old that was controllable , did they expect me to discipline my child for being silly due to him being tired ? I think not , the office could’ve spared me the rude stares , I’m sure most of you are mothers which makes it worse , they all sided with her as if I should’ve spanked him or something for being a baby. Hopefully we will not ever have to be back this place . I find it so shocking that she had the audacity to say such a rude thing about a child , if I were one of those hothead mothers and I wasn’t pregnant , she may have had to pay for the words that she let escape her lips . And whoever that lady is I pray your heart finds peace , never met anyone who was annoyed by children’s laughter. God Bless . PS . The Doctor was great . Never have I met a dental care provider that provided such compassionate care. His work is excellent and if you have a question his staff will not only assist you with a positive caring attitude but actually get the doctor on the phone to talk to you in a matter of minutes. I had a post surgical issue and the entire staff stayed in the office to help with my procedure well past office hours. Its rare to find that level of commitment anywhere these days. I highly recommend Dr. Moose and his wonderful staff. Never have I met a dental care provider that provided such compassionate care. Horrible called in to ask for an appointment, was placed on hold, for over 15 mins waiting for a answer to my question about billing...Was hung up on, Called back was placed on hold another 5 mins before being told the manager was busy and could I leave a message ?
