Dr. David M Montgomery

Dr Montgomery is a superb spine surgeon. Top in his field. He completed a reconstructive cervical spinal fusion on me in 2014, Dr Montgomery took time during my visits and explained everything from A to Z to me so I would understand complete recovery time and what to expect years after my surgery. His medical staff are also amazing and very understanding of patients questions and concerns.

Very kind and professional. He did my spine surgery on L5 S1 and it was a life saver.....Literally! :)

They found my hip problem right away & Dr.Kaplin had it total replacement a week later , i can finally sit ! Thank you Dr. Mountgomery for finding my problem & thanks to Dr.Kaplin for new hip. Dr. Montgomery preformed a laminectomy/discectomy on me, and I wish that I had never waited so long. He's a very skilled surgeon, and I would not hesitate to contact him again for anything similar.

I had a laminectomy in one disc, and a fusion of L5 S1 back in August. Dr. Montgomery was so thorough, and so helpful throughout the whole process. The surgery was a 100% success. I am able to walk, and do everything I used to be able to do before the injury. I could barely walk, and even sitting was very painful. I could not be happier. My sister works in the OR at Beaumont, and every nurse she talked to said Montgomery was the best. So happy I took their advice. Took a while to get an appointment, but that is because he is so popular. When he sees you he gives you his full attention.
