the worst.

At age 57, I had never had a colonoscopy. I was terrified to do so, until my sister was diagnosed, October 2018 by Dr. Mize, with Crohn's. I attended several appointments, with my sister and Dr. Mize, I felt very comfortable. He is very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and proactive in his expertise. I agreed to a colonoscopy, no symptoms, go in and all over with. Removed 1" pre-cancerous polyp and a few others. Dr. Mize saved my life! Be proactive do this James McClain Mechanicsburg PA

The staff was friendly and helpful. They also were gracious enough to coordinate the procedure with my busy schedule and my husband's work schedule with kindness. Dr. Mize was kind and understanding in my office visits. I appreciated that he was willing to perform the procedure at Frederickson, which is near my home and more convenient than driving across the river to Harrisburg Hospital. (My insurance provider would not allow the procedure to be done in his office.) I know that this change of venue put Dr. Mize out of his normal routine, so my husband and I were extremely thankful that he was willing to do this for us. On the day of my procedure, Dr. Mize e also had to return to my bedside twice in between other patients' procedures because I wasn't quite awake the first time he made his rounds. My husband and I were thankful that he was gracious to return and to answer all of our questions. I recommend Dr. Mize to other patients. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wow, this place is fantastic! The staff is friendly and courteous, and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Mize is great and makes your procedure an easy one, and he is thorough when discussing the results of your procedure.
