Dr. Miller and his team are always positive, professional and knowledgeable. The front desk team is always helpful

Dr. Miller is very nice, however his office is way to busy. I waited 1 hour in the waiting room after my scheduled visit and another hour in the exam office after seeing the nurse and getting X-ray. Then only seeing the doctor for 5 minutes and leaving a bit confused. The staff is nice , but I have a heart condition that makes it hard to sit in a chair that long.

Dr David Miller is an extra ordinary surgeon. I had an arthritic sirgery in 2014 in my left hand. Clean & clear scar. Pain dissipated. I recently had a tennis elbow surgery in my right elbow. Healing well. He has a great bed side manner, very caring, compassionate, and a kind doctor. He's very knowledgeable and takes time with his patients and explains every thing to them. He also does not suggest surgery right away, explores all non surgical options first. His staff is very kind too & courteous. Post surgery care is excellent too. Everything was satisfactory and it didn't have to wait long and everyone was kind and thoughtful. And Dr Miller is a good doctor. He is operated on me twice in the last 8 years.

I was in agony. Ironically, I had inflamed tendons on both hands as the result of PT for an Achilles heel. I tried everything--from ice to heat to every type of device sold. Nothing. The first hand doctor I saw gave me what amounted to a band-aid and said I would have to wait months for further care. And if that didn't work? Full-out surgery with sedation. But Dr. Miller said (essentially): "Not on my watch." He gave me a second round of steroid injections which soothed the pain and will be tending to a persistently painful trigger finger via surgery in a few weeks (with a local anesthetic--NO SEDATION!). If you believe practitioners today are cold and impersonal--and if you want and deserve the very best care, compassion, and responsiveness--treat yourself to Dr. Miller! You will be SO glad you did. My visit was pleasantly great. I was in a lot of pain. However, Dr. Miller's bedside manner made feel comfortable and at ease. He takes his time with his patients and provides a team wellness approach. His goal is for you to feel better. It's been sometime visiting a doctor in so much pain made me feel like I was in the best of care. The office staff and his assistants are great as well. There is sometimes a bit of a wait but it's because he's making sure his providing excellent doctor care and that's rare. Lately, you feel so rushed and unheard when visiting with a doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller. I wish he where I primary care doctor and not Ortho just he's well rounded medically offers great advise.

I went on their website on a Sunday evening to request for an appointment Monday as a new patient. Dr.Miller himself personally responded to me via email stating that he or one of his staff members would contact me in the am to set up an appointment. I received a call just as he said, they got me in on the same day. Dr Miller has excellent bed side manners, and staff were all very pleasant. I would highly recommend him. I have been cared for by many of the docs in Towncenter Ortho and Dr. Miller, in particular. I have received excellent care for my many, mostly sports, injuries and always have been back to playing singles tennis in short time - not bad for a 74-year-old man! Dr. Miller has always offered many options for care and invariably the right one is selected for my particular needs. I cannot recommend Dr. Miller and this practice more highly. Dr Miller is not only great at what he does but his concerns for Patient comfort and wellness and his bedside manners are amazing. He listens and works with the patients well.

Once again Dr. Miller provided the information that had led me to schedule surgery on my hand for 3 triggers fingers.

Dr. Miller and his assistant are first-rate. The operation of the office, however, leaves something to be desired in that sometimes the wait exceeds an hour.

Dr. Miller checked my latest X-ray and examined the progress of the recovery of my hand after surgery. He said there was a great deal of progress and was very optimistic about more progress. I appreciated his review and encouraging words.

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for probably 15 years. He's the best!

Dr. Miller was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything about my wrist problem in a clear and understandable way.

Love Dr Miller! Seen him for various hand issues over the years. Staff in the office always friendly and helpful too! I'm a physician assistant myself and Dr Miller is excellent!

I drive for vet an hour to get there, because they have proven over and over their high competence and wonderful care for their patients. Dr. Miller is fantastic as are the physical therapists.

Though my former hand surgery with Dr. Miller was perfectly successful, Dr. Miller is a solution-focused doctor, not a surgery-focused doctor. He is always interesting, positive and calming. The staff is always positive and professional, too.

First time at this orthopaedic center. Dr. Miller diagnosed me with a wrist cyst without even looking at the x-rays!! He made my wrist and shoulder pain promising easy to fix. Will start therapy and see him in four weeks to see progress. The 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the one hour wait.

I have been treated by Dr Miller before and I have high regards for his opinions as well as his surgery skills.

My son had a fall off of his bike a couple of weeks ago. We first went to urgent care, but they didn't catch the fracture and just gave him a splint. Dr. Miller found the fracture and set up my son in a cast. We love Dr. Miller wonderful demeanor and bed side manners. Even though Dr. Miller had to tweak my son's wrist to set properly, it was quick and he talked my son through the brief pain. Dr. Miller performed my carpal tunnel surgery. He explained to me in great detail about what he was about to do and what to expect post surgery. He is always willing to answer and questions and he was very patient with me. Dr. Miller gave me ample time to feel safe and secure and did not push me aside as if I was just another patient.

Went to check my left arm and right hand trigger finger. Got infiltration on trigger finger. I was told everything will be "ok" on 5 days. More than 7 days. Trigger finger is not "ok" yet. It is even worse...

As with previous appointments, Dr. Miller always takes the time to review my injury with me, asks questions and patiently answers my questions. Personable and professional at the same time.

My initial visit to the doctor's office for my consultation was less than pleasant. I showed up at the office 15 minutes prior to the appointment to complete my patient information as requested. The office personnel were very cordial and professional, however, the appointment time was 10:45. It was not busy, only a handful of people in the waiting room, but I sat in the waiting room until 11:35. The day of the surgery, I was told to be at the surgery center at 11AM for a 12:30 surgery. I was told by a nurse at 12:40 that Dr. Miller was running 15 minutes late and he eventually showed at 1:15...45 minutes late...for surgery. I also waited for over 30 minutes to get in for my appointment to have my stitches removed at the doctor's office following surgery. And as pleasant as his PA was, she was the only saving grace in this experience. Some people may not mind sitting around for hours, playing on their cell phone, but I'm not one of them. Once I got into the room to see Dr. Miller I would have given 5 stars, The X-Ray Tech, his assistant, and Dr. Miller were outstanding with their people skills and their knowledge. The bad thing is I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes to leave the waiting room and go into the patient room. With Covid I thought this was unacceptable. Also no one should wait that long for an appointment. That's why you have an appointment and not just a walk in. Just my 2 cents. I’ve been seeing Dr Miller for 20 yrs now and think he and his staff are exceptional!! Even the front desk, so friendly and welcoming. Having said that, the 45 mins I waited to be seen was a bit troublesome. I too work off of appointments and had to reschedule my own clients because I was very late getting to work. Trying to schedule a visit during work hours is an issue if I can’t count on being seen somewhere closer to my appt time. ????????‍♀️ I’ve been seeing Dr Miller for 20 yrs now and think he and his staff are exceptional!! While the office was backed up a bit with patients, once Dr. Miller came in... straight to the point, and took the appropriate steps to help address my issue. The office staff were great... and the doctor's support team was on the ball... they worked like professionals!

I like Dr. Miller a lot. He's an excellent surgeon with a good bedside manner. The only problem I have is that it is not unusual having to wait up to an hour past my apt time. This has happened more than twice, the last time causing me to cancel plans I had following my apt.
