I couldnt be happier. I have suffered from 3 retinal detachments in the last 5 yrs. All three have been repaired by retina associates. Dr. Miller is a very kind and skilled surgeon. Anyone who has suffered from an eye injury knows the anxiety. His office stepped up and made sure that I got the best care appropriate for my injury. No unnecessary or drastic procedures. I have been a patient of Dr. Miller at various locations since 2013. He has treated me for Epiretinal Membrane and related issues. He and his staff have always been professional and courteous. To his credit and that of his staff, I am 72 and still don't wear glasses. I strongly recommend Dr. Miller and his organization.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment my appointment. 40 minutes of waiting I heard another patient exclaim "you had me come early and Dr. Miller isn't even here yet?" 1 hour and 40 minutes later he finally came into the exam room. Located at my eye for less than 2 minutes and said everything was ok. When he informed that I didn't need to come back; I thought I had no plans to as he appeared to have no respect or regard for other people's time.

Dr. Miller has a good resume, but his bedside manner was abrasive. He was rough, even reclining the chair. He announced medical terms to his assistant and did very little to explain these to the patient. If I return, I will request a different doctor. (There is a lot of wait time in this office with 2 waiting rooms to sit in. A 15 minute appt took 2 hours.)

Visit went very good. as normal staff and doctor David MILLER very pleasant.

He is an excellent surgeon. Had eye surgery and he did a great job and even got rid of floaters. Only problem I have with him is that he talks mostly to staff and pays little attention to me. Saw something on my chart he didn’t explain. Going back in Aug for another checkup of something he’s watching in other eye and will tell him my concerns. Will change Drs if he still is the same.

Spent most of my time at the Westlake office but have also been to the Middleburg Hts and Lorraine offices. All offices very well run with minimal waiting. Excellent friendly staff. Dr. Miller is the greatest doc! Spends time with his patients and explains everything. Very helpful and supportive getting me through some rough times. Would highly recommend him.

Have retinal detachment and surgery was something new and very scary. Dr Miller and his staff were very comforting, reassuring, really put me at ease, for the most part. I was overall extremely nervous. But they made me feel confident. The surgery was successful, so far so good. I can see. I did get it in time. Sue was so nice and helpful. If the other eye acts up, will have Dr. Miller take care of it.

I am grateful for the excellent care I have received from Dr. David Miller. Should you find yourself in need of this expertise, I highly recommend you seek his care and consult. You will be most fortunate indeed.

This practice was a factory for geriatric patients with retinal problems. Dr. Miller put the wrong reason for my coming in the portal report, he was not up to date on recent concussion research with retinal problems and he was visibly rushed as was the staff to get the large number of patients in the waiting room through their visits. I'd been in a life threatening semi truck accident, but the doctor did not wish to discuss my eyes before and after the accident.

2017 left eye retinal detachment and Vitrectomy Surgery, 2018 right eye retinal tears and Vitrectomy Surgery. Great Doctor! Great Staff! I can see!!!

Dr. Miller made me very confident about having a vitrectomy on both of my eyes. His confidence on the surgery took away the anxiety of the surgery. His post surgery follow ups showed he really cared about me and the results of the surgery he performed on me. I would recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who is thinking about this type of eye surgery. He gave me back good vision in both eyes that I thought was beyond help. Thank you Dr. David Miller.

I recently had vitrectomy surgery.....Dr Miller was amazing.....I had suffered with floaters so bad that it was affecting my eyesight......I had my right eye surgery 2 weeks ago & can see perfectly...I am looking forward to left eye surgery next.........there are not enough words to say how lucky & how thankful I am to have found such a terrific doctor.....if anyone is needing eye surgery he is the very best !!!!!!!!

Dr. Miller performed my two emergency surgeries in the last 30 days. The surgeries were done the same days that the diagnosis was made and the results were amazing. I am extremely grateful that both of these procedures were successful and performed by such a qualified, caring and professional physician. The follow up was extensive and thorough, the entire staff displayed compassion and care for all of my concerns. I highly recommend them for any and all ophthalmologic issues. Thank you all!!

Dr. Miller is very professional listens to the issues and finds the best solution. Diabetic eye damage is terrible, and frightening to go through and he helped my husband with his eye sight. We are very grateful for a very kind and experienced doctor

Dr. Miller has been treating me for eye leakage for over two years. He is VERY concientious, caring, and professional in his demeanor. His staff makes me feel cared for and human. Whenever I have injections or laser surgeries, I always get a follow-up call to see how I am reacting to the surgery. This rarely happens in today's business environment(s). I am so pleased that I can place my trust in his care for my sight, the MOST important part of me. God bless Dr. Miller & his staff!

Following my Vitrectomy surgery performed by another doctor in the practice I was seen by 3 other physicians in the practice. I had 3 complications from the surgery and was in misery for a month. About 2/3 into my recovery I met Dr. Miller who took the time to listen, sympathize and come up with a plan to relieve much of my discomfort. He took the time to listen and explain everything to me. I rate him as one of the best I have ever encountered in my 67 years as a human.

First visit gave him all details of what was happening, by second visit it was as though first visit did not take place. Post op he couldn't figure out why I was still having problems. Repeated what was told in first visit and he acted like I was speaking a different language. Second post op visit I explained about a visual "floater", he said we would address it, left the room and did not return. On final visit he when I brought up the "floater" he was like, "oh I must have missed something".

I Have been treated by Dr. David Miller for about 13 years. I have Macular Degeneration of my left eye. I trust the doctor with my eyes. Dr Miller has stabilized my condition in the left eye and watches my right eye for any problem. I am 71 and was diagnosed with this Macular problem early in life. My goal is to be able to see when I reach my 90's. So far so good. Thanks Dr. Miller for the excellent care. Sincerely Gerry Mauceri.

Dr. Miller repaired a macular hole, in my left eye. He was very thorough and very patient, answering all my questions, and putting me at ease.
