Each visit I had to draw on a body outline to show where my pain was, the type of pain and rate it on a scale out of 10. Yet when in the exam room, I would repeat it all verbally and I would feel like he would downplay what pain I was experiencing. My previous doctor when I lived out of state, managed my pain meds sufficiently. I never felt like I was "begging" for medicine to have any sort of quality of life like I did with Dr. McElroy. I was told to use Marijuana or CBD but I can't afford that kind of pocket expense nor tolerate smoke. My quality of life deteriorated quick and I found a new doctor that understands "pain management" and have been able to return to my job and live better days and restful nights.

I had pain from my buttocks on left side all the way Down To my ankle. He was able to detect the problem I was having. I was not able to sit or stand for long periods of time. I was not able to do my job, which requires me for standing for long periods of time and lift any thing over 40 pounds. He was able to get me back on my feet again. I was able to return to work.

Love the doctors, but the office staff not so much. I won't be going back just for that reason. Been a patient off and on since 2019, never again. Their office issue isn't due to staff shortage, they have 20 people sitting in there to bill you and schedule you for future appointments. Never again!

Dr. McElroy takes the time to understand your condition and offers several options to mitigate the issue/s. If one therapy proves to be successful Dr. M adopts a wait and see on other therapies.

From the moment I walked into Dr. McElroy's office I immediately felt welcomed by all staff. Upon meeting Dr. McElroy I knew he would strive to help me with the physical pain I have been experiencing. I left feeling cared for and would recommend him to anyone!

Dr McElroy took over my pain issues after I had a horrible experience with one of his colleagues and finally I had someone who actually listened to me and shared information about my condition. He referred me to a surgeon within a few weeks of my seeing him and the hip replacement went well. He has a professional and caring demeanor and I am finally pain free!

I was referred to Dr. McElroy by my family physician and found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable in helping to determine the cause of my pain. Thank you.
