Went above and beyond our expectations. Dr Martin and his staff are very kind, caring and down to earth. Dr Martin is a very talented doctor that makes sure you have a full understanding of what to expect at every stage. I would absolutely be a repeat customer and would recommend this crew to anyone considering plastic surgery.

I have used Dr.Martin for 4 surgeries & I will never go to anyone else! I have referred multiple multiple friends to him and everybody is beyond satisfied. Dr. Martin’s & Dixie as well as the rest of his staff have become family over the years & I currently reside in Las Vegas and will fly in for all of my procedures. I interviewed several surgeons,and doctor Martin just made me feel comfortable almost like a family friend. I trusted his experience as a surgeon. Dr Martin is very skilled and experienced. I’m so happy that my friend recommended him to me. He always delivered exactly what he promised.

Dr. Martin is a compassionate person and I never had any issues with the staff or office, however, the primary rhinoplasty completed in 2009 left me without an ounce of confidence, and severe breathing issues. I was young when I had surgery, and not aware that this rhinoplasty could ultimately cost me 15 years of not feeling like myself. I visited him after I had rhinoplasty, and expressed my concerns. He disregarded them so I never returned. Edit: There was not a "treatment plan" as mentioned below, otherwise, I would have corrected it at that time. Fast forward 15 years, I have finally saved up enough money to have a revision, which cost me 18k. I had the doctor take a video of the procedure, and when he opened my nose, he was completely surprised with the mess he found inside. The cartilage on above my left nostril was completely engulfing the right, and my nasal valve was completely collapsed. I have never left a review, because he completed other surgeries for my family, and he is truly a great guy. I am leaving one now, to express how many years I feel like I threw away after having my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Martin. The first photo is before, the second is shortly after surgery, the 3rd was taken 2 weeks ago right before I had my revision surgery and the last photo was taken 1 week post revision. There is still sever swelling but I am already so obsessed, feel like a completely new person, and in love with my face. My confidence is already 100% better and I find myself regretting every single year I let slip by without having it done. The doctor that completed my surgery said verbatim, 'I am surprised at how it looked on the outside based on what was inside.' I encourage you to do your research, look into certifications, and ask tons of questions. Out of my own health concerns with having breast implants (astheticly everything was great), I decided to have an explant (total capsulectomy)of my breast implants. Dr. Martin was my surgeon 10 years ago who performed my implant surgery, liposuction, and abdominal scar revision. His work is absolutely impeccable and his bedside manner honest, authentic, and caring. He listens to you. This is the reason I chose to consult him first with my explant surgery. I was greeted and made to feel at home by friendly staff. Dr. Martin came in and discussed my health history and what I wanted from him. From there we went to an exam room and he came back in with his nurse Dixie to do an exam. He asked before touching me and didn’t pull out a marker and start drawing on my body like other plastic surgeons have done. Becca did my Botox and she is the sweetest thing ever! Dr Martin also came in to introduce himself and was so warm and friendly. Honestly, probably the best clinic I’ve ever been to. So happy I was referred to them! I will definitely be returning here in the future.

I was scheduled for my surgery and his flight got cancelled so my surgery was delayed by one day. This was handled exactly as it should have been. Since I live far away I was staying in a hotel and he reimbursed me for the second night stay. He does amazing work my scars are barley visible and I had zero problems with recovery. They tried canceling the day before my surgery because the doctor was stuck out of town. Had to reschedule my surgery to a later time. While I was laying on the operating table with an IV in my arm about to be put to sleep the anesthesiologist asks me “ so how are you going to be paying me”.. even though I had already paid in full weeks prior. Not given nor recommend proper after care garment. Had to find a proper one on my own. Follow up appointments were hour long wait. Questions went unanswered for long periods of time. They took me off pain meds and wouldn’t prescribe me anymore even though I was still in unbearable pain. They sold me a scar cream that didn’t work for aftercare and when I tried to return it they would not refund me. It’s not right to haggle someone who has spent thousands of dollars at your facility over not refunding me an $85 cream. On top of all of this when I shared all of the above concerns nothing was offered in return to try to make things right. Y’all have loss me as a client and I can no longer recommend coming here. I love Dr. Martin and his staff, everyone is welcoming and friendly. I can easily make appointments, and am able to get in and out for a botox lunch break. They also host fun parties from time to time, and it allows you to get to know them and the business better. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his staff. They are the best!!!

Dr Martin saw my 8 year old son. He was able to see us within a few days. As soon as we arrived, the staff was pleasant and very professional. When we met Dr. Martin he was very professional and kind. He thoroughly examined my son and answered all of my questions and gave us several options. Had a breast augmentation last Jan. 2017 this would be my third one and I can't express to you how perfect they turned out. I needed a bilateral procedure to create better cleavage and support for my size implants. He did the most perfect job, I am so thankful. Dr Martin removed a mole from my 13 year old daughter's face, and the scar is barely visible. She wanted to have it removed, but was nervous. He explained the procedure which helped calm her nerves. He was wonderful with her.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Martin. He performed surgery on me last year, and I love my results. I was very concerned I would be uncomfortable speaking with a plastic surgeon, but he is soft-spoken, caring and very easy to talk to. During each visit, he spent a considerable amount of time with me with genuine interest in getting to know me. His staff is professional, courteous and accommodating. I would recommend Dr. Martin to any of my friends looking for a plastic surgeon.

I have been seeing Dr. Martin for 20 years. He has been professional and courteous, funny and kind. He has done two life-saving procedures for me and now is working with me to get rid of my chronic cluster headaches. Best guy ever and wonderful staff.
