Never have any problems always answer my questions easy to talk to

I have been a patient of Dr Lynch for many years. He actually cares about each patient and takes the time to understand the issues at hand. I would follow him anywhere. Best. Doctor. Ever.

I have been going to Dr. Lynch for about 18 years. I am completely satisfied and confident in the care I get from him. He is professional, caring and comforting. I have never had a problem with any of his staff, esp his nursing assistants. Friendly, accommodating and understanding.

I would morally not do this being in the profession of health care but it needs to be said. A doctors practice is as Good or as bad as his staff. I took my Mom to this doctor who is actually really nice. But his staff is a piece of work. I called to check on the time of the appointment and Marea told me at 9am. Mom being older lady and having difficulty walking took her time. I called 15 min before the appointment. I was afraid my parents would get dropped by the practice because I had been dropped after I switched practices due to the staff. They had sent me a letter saying I was dropped. My fear is if I cancelled my parents would be dropped because I had. When we got there we were charged the co pay which was 15$ . Dotty was cold and she had an attitude with me. I guess once you supposibly dismissed from the practice you are REALLY dismissed. WOW. Marea went to check to see if the doctor could see Mom. When she returned she told us that the doctor would see us but to not be late again. He has a busy day, lots of people to see. I paid the $15 and we down. I don't think it matters to doctors that their staff is rude. I think that they are really rude and won't help with Scheduling when it's needed. I've tried being understanding but I am tired of it. If your a doctor please make sure your staff are respectful and that you all know that your clients health is very important to you client. If you are not respectful the business will suffer. I have been going to Dr Lynch for about 6 years for my annual checkup/physical and I am very pleased with his work. What I have learned is to schedule the very first appointment in the morning as they can get behind in the afternoons. Going at 7:15 AM is absolutely worth it because you can get right in and out in about an hour or less. Afternoons can be a different story as wait times increase. Dr Lynch is very personable and spends more time discussing your needs and questions than any other doctor I have seen. He also seems to be up to date on new research and discoveries that are current. Highly recommended! Dr Lynch is a great! Very easy to talk to and always willing to discuss every question you have. Recommend going in the early mornings sometimes wait times in the afternoons can take a while. My review is solely based on Dr Lynch and not the office wait times.
