Very nice guy. He was attentive and very straight forward but in a nice way (lol.) Nice conversation, & was very patient and did very well with my issue I was having ! All the staff were attentive and nice !

I saw this doctor for an injury from a car accident. I didnt want to be on any opiod type med. It took 12 different drugs but we finally found one that works for a brain injury

I had a great experience with Dr Lutz and the Neurospine Center in Ft Wayne Indiana. Very professional and friendly staff. Dr Lutz is very thorough in making an assessment and explained the options available for pain management. Fortunately mine was relieved with an injection but if I have a relapse I will definitely seek further treatment from Dr Lutz.

Dr. Lutz is a fantastic doctor. I am glad that he is pragmatic and gets to the point. I believe that he cares for his patients and has a no nonsense approach. I don’t need a Doc. that tries to coddle me. I want a doc. who is helpful, gets to the point, tells me my options and carries through. He has worked on my neck and back. I have been a patient of Dr. Lutz for 8-10 yrs. He is a very compassionate and caring. He is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. He has helped me tremendously with my pain. He explains well any questions I have and treatment options. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and Dr. Lutz and his staff are very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Lutz to anyone in need of his specialty. He is a 5 star doctor.

Dr. lutz is 5+ doctor. He is kind, helpful, and treats his patients with respect and knowledge. He has worked on my neck and back and will continue to to offer me the best medical service possible. He is no. 1 in my book!!

First time I know there is a doctor who’s careless about his patient. He ignored what I was telling him. He never looked at me the whole time I was with him! I’m not going back there ever again.

One of the most terrible doctors I’ve ever interacted with... I work in a hospital and encounter doctors on a daily basis, and I’ve never met someone with such poor bed side manners, and a terrible demeanor and attitude. I would never recommend my clients, and I will gladly not be returning :)

Not very attentive. Also, he'll charge you just to stop in and ask how you're feeling even when his assistant Jennifer is the one that sees you. Then she charges you separately for the same visit, so they charge you twice. Also, he was giving me the injections on my spine and the second injection felt like he missed. Afterward, I was so much worse I was literally disabled by it and had to have surgery. If you have severe back pain, skip Dr Lutz and Jennifer and go straight to Dr. Phuong - same building and way better. Not very attentive. Not very friendly! He barely looked at me when he spoke to me. His tone was rude. I was no impressed with is bed is manor. He did do a good job on my injection, very little pain. And his medical assistant was nice. I don’t think I will be going back to see Dr. Lutz.

Dr Lutz and his staff have been great from office visits through getting injections. I am so happy to find a Dr. that listens and truly wants to help with pain relief. I strongly recommend Dr Lutz and his staff, very knowledgeable and compassionate.

This man and his staff are AMAZING. (For those leaving the negative reviews...you've got the wrong Dr Lutz!) I've been a patient of his for a decade or more, and his discovery of my very dangerous spine issues was a lifesaver. His personal care after my surgery to this day has been not only professional, but personal. He listens.

If you have a chronic spine and/or musculoskeletal health problem that also has acute exacerbations, then Dr. Lutz and his staff are the medical team for you! As a patient with serious problems with frequent exacerbations, I can tell you his nurses have always called me back promptly and Dr. Lutz has always seen me and dealt with my issues quickly and efficiently. And they do it without making me feel small or like a problem patient. Seems to genuinely care! He doesn’t pill push and tries different approaches. (You Can kind of see by some of the reviews of people who didn’t get the narcotics they were seeking). It’s a shame going to a doctor who thinks outside of the box and getting mad cause he didn’t give u your drugs. He has several things that are unique and got rid of my knee pain after suffering for years.

Dr. Lutz came highly recommended, to access the cause and recommend treatment for my pain. I am very happy with his assessment and assurance. The pain is gone. Now, I've decided to see him again for an unrelated nerve issue.

I would give no stars really! He's the worst! I literally wasted my gas driving to my appointment. He didn't listen at all and I left there having a mental breakdown because I'm sick of doctors not listening and prescribing me medication that I've already tried in the past and didn't work. I have tendonitis in both Achilles tendons and have for the past 15 years and the pain has gotten unreal and is way more intense than my fibromyalgia, but he didn't hear me out and only prescribed me lyrica which didn't work in the past and made me feel like I was drugged just like it did this time. Trying to get his office to answer my call was so frustrating and all they did was tell me to stop the medication and didn't care that I'm still in so much pain because of my tendons. I've left voicemails and still no response back. I would not recommend this doctor, he is a waste of time and left me more frustrated than anything else.

Worthless! Very greedy! Jennifer is a snob and a liar! They will sue you after your insurance paid them reasonable and customary amount. All about the money. Stay away from this greedy place!

Took the time to explain a good plan of action. He had a full clinic and still took time to explain to me the procedures. I wouldn't complain about the wait time, because that means he's not rushing and giving the patients the best care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lutz for over a decade. He is genuine, and gets straight to the point. Throughout my life dealing with back/spine issues he has blessed me with the ability to keep working because of his treatment plans. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lutz and his amazing staff for anyone seeking relief from back/spine pain.

She also has back problems for the past 20 years. He didn't even look at her back and just looked at her neck for a few seconds. I have seen Dr. Lutz off and on for years. Every time I need help he and his staff really help out!!! I cannot say enough good about the whole team.

Since 1986 I've suffered Horrible Back Issues. I've had L-4 & L-5 removed, I have Degenerated Disc Disease , Sciatic Nerve Damage, Extreme Osteoporosis, Stenosis along with L-2 and L-3 Bulging. I've had the Steroid Injections one after another which was a Temporarily fix & I still suffered with horrible pain! I begin to think there was no hope for me at all and I would have too live with my body in pain for the rest of my life until , I was referred to Dr. David Lutz. Thank You Jesus for one of the finest Doctor's out there!! Dr. Lutz really cares about his Patients and their Health Care Needs. He takes his time when he does his Examination on you and he listens too what your saying. In the past 8 years that I've been under his care not once have I ever felt rushed (or ) felt like I was just a part off of an assembly line being discarded! ! I had my first visit with Dr. Lutz today and left his office with no more answers then I already knew. His nurse had a horrible bedside manner and was extremely arrogant when speaking with my husband. When expressing how we need to get the procedure done ASAP due to my level of pain and how long I had been dealing with this pain, we were told by the nurse that “they see a lot of people that are in pain and that we needed to understand that they are VERY busy there”. No empathy was ever shown. If I can help it I will never go back there again. I only went to see him because my usual pain management doctor was going to be on vacation and could not see me any sooner.

I had been dealing with a strain in my lower back and hip for almost a year. I consulted with Dr. Lutz and after physical therapy my hip was not improving. Dr. Lutz recommended and injection to the hip and lower back which helped almost immediately. After the injection, I went back to the exercises and stretching and today, I have full movement with little or no pain. I would recommend Dr. Lutz without reservation. He listens, his treatment is conservative and he gets results.

Dr. Lutz, has been so helpful and understanding in my lower back problems. With the injections and following his advise, I feel a lot better.

Dr. Lutz listened and crafted a plan that worked for my specific need. He is not afraid to tell the truth. My back feels SO MUCH BETTER now!

He refused to treat me. His staff was arrogant and I left on day of injections bitterly disappointed. I do not recommend him. Hes wasted my time and money. Too expensive . His physical therapy recommendations wasted my time .

Dr. Lutz listened. He found through listening that I was going to a therapist that was rushing ahead and having me do exercises that my particular injury was not yet ready to take. He referred me to a different physical therapist that had a better approach and as a result I am now close to fully recovered.

I previously had back surgery degenerated disc. and still suffered from low back pain. Dr. Lutz was able to administer a steroid injection under flouro and the next day I had immediate pain relief! Dr. Lutz's kind gentle demeanor and highly skilled medical technique restored me to full function. Highly recommend his practice.

Had many years of suffering in pain due to back issues. Decided to seek medical attention after it became more than I could take. I was referred to Dr Lutz from my primary Dr. Hoffman and it was the best thing I could have done. I have disk problems as well as arthritis. Dr decided best course for me would be steroid injections. I had them 6 total in one treatment and I am pain free as of today. Although it seemed that Dr Lutz was a bit rushed at my initial visit and spoke faster than I could listen I would recommend him to anyone that needs relief from lumbar pain. Dr. Lutz is a caring and compassionate doctor who listens to my concerns. He has helped me tremendously with my back pain and sciatica. He takes the time to explain what is wrong and provided treatments that have really helped. I can see why he has many awards on his walls. His wait times are better than most other doctors, and his staff is friendly. The office is neat, modern and clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Lutz to any of my friends or family.

I had an EMG and consult with DR. Lutz. His bedside manner was not caring at all. He had me flipping back and forth for the EMG did not offer to help at all, left bloody gauze where I was supposed to lay my head and had the EMG machine in the way so I was kicking it when I had to turn over, perhaps he could use an assistant there? He rushed through the consult and only offered me one alternative for pain relief. I could tell he was hurried and did not care. I still have many unanswered questions
