Went to him for years. He was okay but the last few experiences I had were horrible. Wouldn't let me speak, seemed to be in a bad mood. Did not listen to any of my concerns and just wanted me gone. Thankfully for him there are many other options for primary care and I never went back.

The office manager is a very polite woman

Just released from hospital and needed physician to refill prescriptions. Initial visit. Office seemed to be lacking current technology. Alpha male complex. Dismissive. Immediately decided to change my meds and strengths. Does not give the impression that he wanted to work with his patients. I walked out before the conclusion of the visit. What a waste of time.

Truly a family doctor that put the interest of his patients first.

He's always a great listener; He cares about your problems. Nice office people too.

I'm sure Dr. Ludwig is awesome. But who ever is sitting at reception is a cold hearted, uncompassionate woman. When I told her that the medication ran out, which keeps me alive(Death being a side effect of not taking my meds) Her reaction was to shrug it off like it wasn't her problem. She could care less who I was or why I was there. She had a "case of the mondays" and I was her victim. Given that my first impression was this woman's attitude, I decided not to use Dr. Ludwigs office. I'm sure Dr. Ludwig is awesome. Staff are rude, not personal and when you tell this to the doctor when you fill out a survey you will get a letter saying that they won't see you anymore for something absurd... this practice is a joke

Dr Ludwig is an excellent doctor. He is funny, great sense of humor, a doctor you can have fun with and be yourself. As a male, I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Ludwig., he now is our family doctor. He is very good in regards to his concerns about you and your health care needs, he listens to you then asks questions which will help him tend to your care. If he can not help you, he will refer you to another health care provider he feels will best suit your needs.
