Dr. David Richard Lough

Bad bedside manner, pointed out all my facial flaws and lied to me saying I had a chronic deviated septum which was more than likely caused by the broken nose I was seeing him for. Was asked to come back in a month to fix the septum, left the office in tears. I don't have great self esteem to begin with and pointing out all my facial flaws that I see everyday now doesn't help. Other Drs in this group are awesome but idk how to feel about this guy.

I was under the care of Dr. James Spencer for over 45 years and when he retired he recommended Dr. Lough to me. I see Dr. Lough at least twice a year and sometimes more when I get sinus infections which cause me to have ear problems. Within the past 6 months Dr. Lough placed a tube in my ear to help with fluid in the ear. It was a quick and painless procedure and it brought me relief from my problems. Dr. Lough continues to regularly check on the tube as it is temporary tube.

This doc's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired; however, I can tolerate this in a doctor if his skills are top notch. He tried to put a tube in my ear drum without numbing it. Kudos to the practice for allowing me to see a different doc. :)
