Dr. David A Lockshaw

My family and I have been going to Dr Dave for many years and he has always been compassionate and welcoming. Whenever an illness is not in his realm of doctoring he doesn't hesitate to send you to a specialist. Hes not the type of dr quick to prescribe unnecessary medications to bandage an illness he gets to the source of the problem. I've referred a few friends to him as well. Highly recommended Dr Dave. I Love Dr. Lockshaw. He is one of my most favorite doctors I’ve ever had. He is very patient and down to earth. I love his integrity He will tell you like is. Very honest. Dr. Dave is the best around. I have been going here since I was a baby and never had an issue. Dr. Dave is caring and compassionate, my concerns are always listened to and addressed. Even when the office is busy, Dr. Dave takes the time to sit down and actually talk about what is going on. Claims that’s Dr. Dave is uncaring or discriminatory are simply untrue.

Drs. Andrew and David Lockshaw are the Best. No appointment necessary when you need to get treatment. I recommend them for quality care. A nice,friendly staff also .

My boyfriend has been going to this doctor his entire life. It’s been a few years since he had been there last, but he went in today for a check up because there was a bandaid in his food at a restaurant & he wanted to get checked out to make sure he’s ok. This place told him he needed to go to St E’s because they can’t help him here. He goes to St E’s and they tell him he needs a doctor’s prescription to get any kind of blood work done. So he calls this doctor back & they tell him to go to the ER. Absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t even help him in the slightest. You people are terrible. No wonder there was nobody there or in the waiting room, you guys obviously don’t do anything to help people. My boyfriend has been going to this doctor his entire life. My 3 children ages 5, 2, and 5 months all were up all night throwing up and going to the bathroom and had horribly high fevers. My girls are afraid of the hospital and handle a doctor's office setting much better but our usual office couldn't see us until two days from today so we had to go somewhere else. The lockshaw office was the closest and a friend said they were good with families. We called and explained the situation and I told them which insurances we had and told them to please be sure as we wouldn't be able to go anywhere else unless it was the hospital which is horrible on my girls. They assured us they would see us no matter what and took our insurances. We got everyone and got there and the front nurse took our insurance cards and everything was fine. Then another nurse spoke to the lady who took my cards and they said they couldn't take us because they couldn't bill my tricare so my care source wouldn't cover the visit and they wanted cash, I said you can still bill all my insurances and whatever is kicked back will be covered by care source even if you don't take tricare. They then explained that they take tricare but won't take anymore tricare patients because it's too much of a hassle. This other nurse walked away and the taller skinnier doctor came out and said it was too much of a hassle to mess with the military insurance and they won't accept any tricare patients. So I was lied to on the phone, my time wasted, my kids throwing up all over had to be dragged to two places instead of one, with the end result being the hospital who told us up front it will be a several hour wait and my girls are scared to death. I have never been lied to and then turned away once I was in the office when they knew how sick our kids were all because it's too much of a hassle for them to deal with military families. It's a sad day when a doctor's office turns away a military family because they're too much of a hassle. I would not recommend going here, especially if you are a military family in any way or have tricare for anything. Even if you have other insurances that will cover the visit they still won't take you. Dr. Andrew Lockshaw is a great doctor.

Not a fake review. I’ve been at this clinic since i was a toddler. I’ve never been treated better by any doctor in my entire life. Dr Lockshaw cares about his patients, and treats you like family. My boyfriend has been going to this doctor his entire life. We went in today because there was recently a bandaid in his food at a restaurant so he wanted to get checked out. They told him they couldn’t help him & sent him to St E’s where they said he needed a DOCTOR’s referral before they could do blood work. So he called back explaining this & you guys told him to go to the ER. He’s been a patient here his whole life & you send him to the ER?!?! Absolutely ridiculous. I was at a loss of words

I honestly cannot understand the horrible reviews and feelings towards Dr. David and Dr. Andrew. I have been a patient here for years and I have met with both of them and they are nothing but pleasant, caring and extraordinary! (And no, I am not getting paid or anything to say that.) Even after I moved away and came back to their practice after many many years, they both knew who I was and what my history was. They have gone above and beyond for me and my health.

Wow! I just don't know how can this doctor's ratings can be so high! This doctor is an uncaring liar with absolutely no compassion who discriminates toward minorities especially foreigners! All he had to do is see my id and tell the front desk lady that he can't see me if he doesn't have any records. I told her I can have my records sent to your office in no time since I recently moved to this area. Then without knowing anything about me the lady said that the doctor doesn't want the liability!
