Time of appointment is not honored. Waited almost 40 minutes to be called. I explained my concern and Dr. Lewis said: "There is a lot going on in there but no sign of infection and then he chuckled." No at all an empath. He wrote me a prescription. Front desk was to call it in. Front desk did not call in prescription as promised. I wrote a letter to Dr. Lewis and Dr. Ho advising of my experience and received no response--no phone call, no letter, email. I was also told when I made the appointment that I would immediately be seen by the audiologist. After being seen by Dr. Lewis, I was told the audiologist was with a patient and that there would be a wait of unspecified time frame. I left.

He had such great reviews, I was really hopeful. He was very nice and smart but spent a lot of time telling me what he thought and not enough time asking me what was wrong. He told me he thought I had something that would clear up and that it could continue for months. I had to interrupt him to tell him more and then he ordered a test. The lab told me they sent results within hours of me getting the test done. I called for days but he wouldn't give me the results. When I called again, his staff told me he wanted me to come in. They insisted that if it was anything bad he would want me in asap but he just wanted to explain my results. They gave me an appointment for the following week and despite my asking he did not return my call. I asked the test site to send the results to two other doctors. They both called me the same day with the results; It wasn't great news. One of my doctors called his office to find out why he wanted to see me and they said it was just to refer me somewhere else; he could not do the biopsies I needed. After that, his office called me. I told them I was not coming in next week and would already have the biopsies done with another doctor before the appointment they set up. I did let them know that I was very concerned that they had my results for a week and would not give them to me, knowing they were not good and telling me repeatedly that if they were bad he would want me in quickly. His nurse told me she would let him know and if he needed to contact me he would call me back. He never called to explain any of it but they did send a bill. His actions were dangerous and I wouldn't trust him to handle any health issue.

I recently underwent rhinoplasty/septoplasty surgery with Dr. Lewis. From my first office visit right through the procedure, he explained everything perfectly. Dr. Lewis and his staff were amazing and very accommodating. I absolutely LOVE the outcome of the procedure. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. David Lewis!!!!

Dr. Lewis and staff provided me with optimum care from my first diagnostic visit to aftercare following surgery. They put me at ease, explained things clearly, and were always available to answer questions. Not only was the medical staff great; from scheduling to billing, the office staff made everything easy.

Dr. Lewis was terrific. I had dizziness for over a year & he quickly did the maneuver that realigned the crystals in my ear & the dizziness was instantly gone. Such a relief. It's been 5 months and it has not returned.

Extremely attentive and reassuring. Very knowledgeable and amicable. He heard my concerns and worked with me to achieve the exact results I wanted.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Lewis and my most recent visit was no exception. His office during this difficult time showed exceptional care when patients visit. Thank you for your kindness and consideration. It isn’t taken for granted.

He is the best, very patient and gentle. Incredible bedside manner, my 3 year old son loved him! He also seems to be a conservative clinician which I appreciate. I highly recommend!

Dr. Lewis was condescending, didn't like the way he spoke to me and also made me feel rushed, will not be returning to his office.

Dr. Lewis is a fantastic clinician and has exceptional bedside manner. Very kind and courteous office staff, easy to obtain an appointment and absolutely thrilled with the care I received. I am confident that my fear of ENT visits will now be a memory.

I cannot understand why few patients are referring Dr. David Lewis as a bad doctor, as well as his staff. I met Dr. Lewis almost 2 years ago, he is funny, nice, he listened, I never noticed that he is in a rush, if I come to the office always he smiles, and say hello, his staff, everyone there are nice, polite, he is a well trained doctor, I checked his credentials with the Board of Medical Examiners, and I was provided with excellent information, he is a trustful surgeon.

Dr. David Lewis is GREAT!! After 4 failed nasal surgeries over 6 years with 3 different doctors to fix my deviated septum... Dr. David Lewis fixed my nose. Dr. Lewis also was able to stop the nosebleeds my 6 year old daughter Skylar kept having in one painless visit. If I had more characters available I'd write much much more and specifically how good I think Dr. Lewis is because I had 3 different highly regarded nasal surgeons in NYC try to 'Get my nose right'. But Dr. Lewis did it!!

Terrible office staff. Never follow up with needed documents. Rude and condescending.

The doctor is a real pro. Explained my condition, provided treatment options with probabilities what may work/not. When i chose surgery he responded to my biggest concern ( i am not good with pain-killers) and did procedure cleanly, almost pain-free with no meds whatsoever. wow!

It has been an extremely unpleasant experience. I had to wait for almost 50 minutes until the doctor saw me. He seemed to be in a rush, rolling his eyes right from the start even though he knew this was my first visit. I had a chronic history. Did not ask me for my history. I volunteered and provided the relevant details. Ultimately he could'nt diagnose my condition and said I could just try some otc meds and come back if the issue has not resolved. Extremely poor bedside manner.

Very knowledgeable and down to earth. Explained all treatment options in less than a minute.

I went to Dr. Lewis for reconstructive surgery on my ear. From the first time he saw me, he was very professional, thorough and caring. He carefully explained the procedure and I knew what to expect. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Lewis came to see me and again explained everything he was going to do in the operating room. He patiently answered all my questions and put me at ease. The surgery was scheduled for 8:45 AM and I was right on time. After the surgery, he came to see how I was doing.

Dr. Lewis is a very caring doctor. He is always on time and is very kind and honest with his patients. He is a great surgeon, and I trust him fully.
