Neglectful doctor. Does the bare minimum for his patients.

Dr. Levy is a wonderful doctor. And the staff is very kind.

Dr. Levy is the best doctor I ever had. He's thorough and very knowledgeable, He has a very calming voice and great bedside manner.

The scheduling staff is VERY rude. They will insist they sent over your prescriptions to the pharmacy even after you state you called Walgreens/Jewel multiple times CONFIRMING they NEVER sent your script. Then they will cut you off mid sentence while you are trying to explain your situation and THIER MISTAKES. Never in my life have I met a staff so RUDE. It’s obvious they are there for the pay and NOT to actually HELP their patients. All I want to do is get healthier mentally and physically however these so called “professionals” make it very hard to do so. The scheduling staff is VERY rude. Friendly and takes his time and explains in a way you can understand.

Dr. David B. Levy has been my doctor for 20 plus years. His care is outstanding. Every time I changed jobs, I always made sure I came back to him. His practice is outstanding. You will never be disappointed with him or his colleagues. Jacqueline S. Navarro

ALWAYS have to wait, at least an hour. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not.

Please do not go here. Dr. Levy is great and this review is so low because of the staff. I have been going to this place since I was a child and used to see Warzoka and she was also great. But I would give this place zero stars if I could. When my call does get answered after waiting on hold for far too long the staff is rude. They are not efficient and do not care about your health. I have been hesitant to go here for the past 2 years because this place has made me feel that some nurses truly do not care for you and many go into this field for the pay. I only have gone when I absolutely need to yet when I made an appointment around my crammed schedule they told me I was never put in and wouldn’t be able to see the doctor. The receptionist even said she remembered talking to me but didn’t recall scheduling my appointment. She clearly made a mistake and was ignorant. I've had no problems with dr Lee. He been perfect for me and my family.

Dr. Levy has always been on target with diagnosis and care. He is quick and efficient. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but well worth it. Bottom line he cares!! and gets the Job done!!

David Levy is a very good physician. I have seen him a couple times now and he's very thorough. he told me what I would be tested for and why...due to my condition. ...It is been 5 days since I saw him and I havery already followed up and finished four tests....He put alot of time and questions into my visit to pinpoint what could be wrong. I like that!

Terrible...please do not evan step foot in this place feel sick? They dont care just quick to take ur money and not evan check you for what you need. ive been going to this place for little over a year now and its close to my house i always wind up getting the same lady that doesn't evan let me talk to explain whats wrong. I remeber going to the doctor when i was younger and they would check ur nose ears throat etc they do not check anything here just call ur name take ur weight and make u sit in the room waitng then some assistant asks some questions then the doctor comes in just to nod her head and act like nothing is wrong while all my glads are swollen and i feel weak to the knees her favorite dosage is advil for everything ! Oh u have a cough advil oh having stomach problems advil to top that not evan a fully licensed doctor .. this place needs to be shut down its whole function from the "doctors" to the staff the most terrible part is when they dont evan call you back for ur results or referrals just plain lazy and nothing but a scam Terrible...please do not evan step foot in this place feel sick? My mother has been a patient of Dr. Levy's for over 20 years. She has only gotten the most wonderful , excellent treatment and care from Dr. Levy as well as his staff. We couldn't be happier and my mother is in her 80's. He is very caring, kind and accommodating, as well as his staff. He also treated both my parents as well.

I have a plan that offers physicals at no charge. It's a high deductible plan. I scheduled a physical with Dr Levy. He billed it as an extended office visit instead of a physical supposedly because I discussed ongoing health conditions. As a result I now owe over $1000 for my "free" physical. In addition he sent my labs to an expensive out of network provider. Finally they missed that my blood sugar was high (another Dr caught it). Would NOT recommend! They don't work with you.

Dr levy was fantasic. He treated me and kept up with my blood sugars. He is the best doctor I. have ever gone to. Thank you doctor for all done for me.

I waited an hour and a half to be seen which is unacceptable. In the past I've waited 45 minutes. I am not sure I will be using this provider in the future as a result.

This medical group and doctor use to really be good, now I'm in the process of leaving after many years. The staff. Horrible. They're not professional. They answer the phone smacking on gum. No matter when or what time of day you call, you're always put on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes before being disconnected. If you leave a message for your doctor, 9 out of 10 times they don't get the message. If you have a test or lab work done, good luck getting the results. They tell you when the results will be in, but no one ever gets back to you. You have to call for a week before you get the results and the majority of the time it's not even the full results. Never use to have problems getting refills on prescriptions. Now it takes several requests from the pharmacy and a call from myself to get anything filled (and it's nothing of a narcotic nature either). As for seeing the doctor, since I need an evening appointment, it's always a three month wait to get an appointment. When you do get an appointment, don't plan on seeing the doctor at your appointment time. They expect you to call if you're running behind. It would be nice if they did the same thing when the doctor was running behind so you didn't end up sitting around for 2-3 hours before sitting another 30 minutes in the exam room. Then you're rushed through the appointment, you wonder why you even bothered to make it in the first place. I don't know if it's poor scheduling, under qualified staff or what, but the quality of care for patients has really gone downhill.
