Dr. Kuo was very knowledgeable and adjusted my back in ways I hadn’t had before. After giving me some exercises and stretches to do, I was instructed to lay on a nice massaging water bed and had some tens units placed on my back. Overall great experience and I feel better in my spine and about the future.

Dr. Kuo is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me manage two persistent physical ailments. Over the years, my bunions have become more painful and problematic. As a teacher, I spend many hours on my feet, either in front of or walking around a classroom. A year and a half ago, Dr. Kuo recommended Sole Supports orthotics and fitted me with a pair of custom foot orthotics. As the orthotics adjusted my arch and foot bone alignment, pain decreased significantly. Now, even walking long distances, my feet are pain free thanks to Dr. Kuo’s care and the custom orthotics. About 7 years ago, Dr. Kuo recommended Posture Pump Neck Pump for my frequently stiff neck. Dr. Kuo’s instructions on how to use the pump proved very effective. I’ve recently been experiencing headaches and migraines everyday for over a month now, following a stiff neck and back problems. That’s when I decided to see Dr Kuo since I’ve seen him in the past and don’t really trust anyone else to give me adjustments. Just after the first visit my headaches have been less frequent if not at all and plan to continue the treatment knowing that it will only get better. He not only gives you the adjustment, but also electric stem and ultrasound and occasionally applies “rock tape” to the problem areas of the body, which in my opinion is miracle tape. I appreciate how Dr Kuo educates me on the many different things I can do and what caused my condition. I don’t know any other chiropractor that does all the many things in one visit to treat his patients. Dr. Kuo, is just remarkable. I was referred to him by a neighbor after having a car accident that really damaged my neck and back. The pain was excruciating. First of all, the staff at this facility is the best medical staff I have ever encountered. Lovely, kind, polite, professional...I am so grateful, because I wasn't always at my best walking into the office, but they were always patient and welcoming. After 5 months of suffering from the aftermath of a car accident that totaled my car, and thinking that I would never be the same again, Dr. Kuo, in just 3 1/2 months, of therapy twice a week, restored my health! I truly thought I would never be pain free, or be able to dance again! I have been treated by other chiropractors in the past, but never felt really comfortable with them. With Dr. Kuo, I have never felt more safe! He is very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He listens intently and explains every procedure, and if I wasn't comfortable about having something done, he never forced it upon me. I was a active male, age 82, when I fell and injured my shoulder. My medical doctor told me it would take about a year before I could get back to my golf. I was referred to Dr.Kuo's office by a good friend of mine who had great results with her neck and low back pain. I suffered from chronic and unrelenting low back and neck pain myself for many years as a professional dancer and model. All the doctors i saw were not able to tell me the real cause of my pain. after Dr.Kuo performed his evaluation and x-rays of my spine, it was discovered that i have scoliosis in two areas of my spine that was causing my pain and suffering for all those years. Dr. Kuo is very nice and patient. 5 years ago, my wife had a bad backache. It was so serious that she felt as if her body above waist were disjointed from the lower part of her body below waist. She could not stand at all, so when she wanted to pee, I had to hold her body from under her armpits, and move her bit by bit to the bathroom and put her on the toilet. Her pain was unbearable and I was heartbroken by seeing her suffering. Finally I managed to get my wife to Dr. Kuo's clinic. After X-ray for my wife, Dr. Kuo showed us the X ray film and explained how the joints in my wife's lower spine are misaligned and thus caused pressures on the nerves and blood vessels that spread out from that portion of the spine. So he started to do adjustment for my wife's backbone on a machine and use his skillful manual techniques to adjust her backbone. After the first treatment, my wife was immediately relieved from her excruciatingly pain and could stood up by herself. Dr Kuo is one of the gentlest chiropractors I know and that gentleness carries through in treatment and in the treatment environment. He makes you feel 100% safe and confident he'll take the time to listen to your injuries, properly diagnose and develop a treatment plan that works. Also appreciate that he doesn't run through patients like an hmo... you get the 1 on 1 ppo feeling. I was an athlete growing up and after years of vball, hiking, running down trails and running on pavement had damaged my knees (I'm curvy not stick straight like most runners!). I had so much pains all over my arm, neck and shoulder areas that kept me up all night and day. The pains were unbearable to the point where I cannot even move. Originally, I was not sure if chiropractic treatment would help because I have this fear. But after seeing Dr. Kuo from a referral, I genuinely believe that he relieved most of my pains after several adjustments and therapy treatments. Dr. Kuo is awesome! He is very nice and kind. My waist hurt when I was very young. I can always feel pain when I stand to wash dishes even for around 20 minutes. I have been going to Dr. Kuo for years for routine chiropractic adjustments. My neck in particular gets out of alignment easily, causing significant discomfort.
