Doctor kay is a great doctor very informative and patient

Dr. Kay is an amazing doctor. He really cares about each case and will do the work needed to produce the best result. He diagnosed our daughter with multiple ear infections and eventually recommended tubes, which prevented further infections.

Dr. Kay is a very nice and excellent Doctor.

Terrific service, all the staff and Dr Kay were so attentive to my son’s special needs. We may have waited 5 minutes to see Dr Kay! The audiologist was so sweet and helped my son with his nervousness. Dr Kay gave us very clear and understandable medical advice.

My son is currently seeing Dr Kay. He has a surgery coming up and I feel really confident going into it. Everyone I have spoken to..the allergist, the nurse practitioner at my sons primary and even a mom at school has all spoken so highly of dr Kay. I was worried about my son having the surgery, and the allergist said that Dr Kay is so conservative with recommending surgery and he’s not the type of Dr who pushes unnecessary procedures. Everyone in his office has done a great job making sure we have everything lined up and keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Dr Kay.

Dr Kay is a great doctor. He’s on point and he cares for his patients/ kids. I was comfortable with him when he told me that my daughter needed surgery on 4/21/22. When he was finished with the surgery he came out and spoke to me and he explained everything that he did and made sure the next day that his office called to check on my child. Best pediatric ENT doctor in the area! Always patient and caring towards us and our child. Takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Very thorough, open to answering all the questions we had, took as much time as we needed, weren't rushed etc. Very knowledgeable, confident and at peace with him doing surgery on our 4 year old very soon remove a cyst. Very pleased with all services so far.

Dr.Kay did tongue tie surgery on my 16 months old daughter yesterday. He is professional and fast. It took about 10 minutes. Thanks you Dr. Kay, thanks west boca medical center. My daughter had a painless procedure. She didn’t need Tylenol after we leave the hospital. She smiled and played like usual.

Dr David Kay placed tubes and released a tongue tie for my 2 yr old son . The doctor himself did amazing . His office staff on the other hand not so much . Traveled and hour away for a follow up. Called and had to leave a message saying I was stuck in traffic and that I was going to be late . Even after I left the message I kept calling to get a live person on the phone and explain the situation . Once it was my actual appointment time I called once more and was finally able to get thru.Was told the doctor would not be able to see me. Spoke to the office manager , and basically was told it was my fault for not leaving earlier ( as if I can control when an accident was going to happen) I even left my house 1 hr and 30 mins when my gps stated I was only an hour away. The manager was not helpful nor understanding at all . Didn’t even offer to reschedule my appointment , was very rude ! Didn’t offer any solutions. I have never experience anything like this . What a shame bc the doctor himself did an amazing job and was kind . The office “manager” should really consider how they speak to the parents of their patients. I give the doctor himself a 5 star . Dr Kay was amazing! We appreciated his honesty and his patience in explaining things to us!

To the point doctor. Very glad that I switched to him to perform my daughters surgery. He was done within 6 minutes, with 2 surgeries! I would recommend to anyone! We traveled 2 hours. Worth it, well worth it.

Dr. Kay fixed my two year old daughter’s nose in an open reduction surgery. After is was badly fractured and displaced, he made her beautiful again. Dr. Kay was professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kay has excellent bedside manner with our 2.5 year old, and that's saying a lot, because she doesn't like people looking into her ears, and mouth. She was at ease with him. I don't think we waited 7 mins in the waiting area. He saw her promptly. Staff is courteous, hearing tests were easy, he is very knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask questions. Our 2 week old daughter had a tied-tongue and lip. Dr Kay was very kind to her and to us during her visits. He also explained our options and the consequences of each option. The procedure to clip the extra skin was quick and her recovery super fast. We were very pleased with his service and def recommend him!

Dr Kay was very friendly and gave me a lot of information I needed to know about what was going on with my daughter. I am glad I decided to take her to see them instead of the pediatrician which I have been doing and the problem was not being solved.

I never do this but I think it’s important to let other parents know that Dr. Kay is complete garbage!! I brought my son to him NUMEROUS times post tubes being put in saying something is wrong. Each time he was dismissive and careless with his examination. He cares more about quantity of patients then quality of care!! I urge you to rethink if you are taking your child to him!! The worst experience to date. I couldn’t not be more disappointed with this Dr. and how they handled a simple introduction visit. I scheduled my daughter to see Dr. Kay for an initial visit. I was told the visit was xxx amount of dollars. We came and he briefly went over what procedure she would need. After being short and not very empathetic, we paid the bill in full and left knowing for sure I would not be using him as our Dr. A week later I receive a call from the billing department saying that we owe another $91 because Dr Kay “felt like” he spent a little extra time for our visit. What?!?!?!?! I couldn’t even believe it. As a second opinion anyways, he spent the least amount of time with us and didn’t go over any of her scans or anything. I read the reviews and can confirm this dr doesn’t care about the patients-he cares about the $$. Highly do NOT recommend this guy. I will be telling friends I know as well. This was my second time here for my son as he was much younger when I first took him for an evaluation. This visit I was literally IN and OUT. I’m a nurse and I know what in and out is when it comes to medical. Dr. Kay is welcoming but that visit I wasn’t to sure of. He couldn’t recommend me to a speech therapist due to the insurance my son have ... I found that to be odd. You give the patient the choice to say if they can or can not afford it. Extremely professional and kind. We recieved our answers right away regarding our daughter hearing. No long wait time, and we are very thrilled our BabyA twin girl is able to hear just fine????

Dr Kay is an amazing pediatric ENT ! I have been taking my son to him for years. He is always very pleasant and attentive to the kids. His examinations are very thorough and explains treatment plans very well. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does.

Took my son for evaluation. I do not recommend this place. It is so hard to get someone on the phone. Every time I called, It goes to a voicemail. Our appointment felt so rushed, I did not care about the doctor and his smart answers for every question I asked. The lady who does the hearing test, was not kind and friendly.

This office is completely unprofessional , the scheduling department scheduled my daughters appointment wrong twice. When I was able to get in contact with someone , she was very rude . I called for 30 minutes before I was even able to speak with a live person. The worst n discuting Doctor. He should not be a doctor working with kids or anyone. He is racist, treat his patients bad. Not to long ago i had a visit with my lil sis, he ws so rought , not gentle on her. She. Was crying that her ears ws hurting due to an infection she had . While he ws trying to vacuum her ears she cried n yelled that it ws hurtng he press down her face n forcefully keeps vacuuming her ears, she couldn’t breath she yelled but didnt stop . My heart breaks the fact tha he treated her like tha. I don ever wish to see him again r even referred him.
