Dr Karas is a kind, compassionate and a technically excellent pediatric ENT doctor. He did a fine job releasing a tongue tie on my son. As a physician, I am picky about who to trust but I would highly recommend Dr. Karas.

My daughter, Lilly, (age 5) has had pretty severe wax build up her whole life. Her primary care doctor has tried to remove it but the wax was pretty impacted so he recommended to try drops at home. After a couple months of at-home methods, I decided to finally go to an ENT. At first I went to an adult ENT local to where I live in Milford. Which in short, was not the best route to take for a child. I then was recommended by a friend to bring her to Dr. Karas who specializes in Pediatric Otolaryngology. For starters, making the appointment was so seamless and they had immediate availability. The front desk staff was so kind and accommodating to myself and Lilly who was quite nervous. For the actual appointment, Dr. Karas worked on Lilly's ears and successfully was able to get 3-4 years of wax build up out (!!) Such a relief. I cannot recommend Dr. Karas enough. Ive had nothing but a great experience with Dr.Karas! My sons surgery was a success. The office staff are always welcoming and friendly.

If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Karas performed a tonsil and adenoid removal surgery on my just turned 11 year old a little over a week ago. Having had my tonsils removed at age 19, and my expereince being awful, I was expecting the worst. However, my son, who followed all of Dr. Karas's advice had the most amazing recovery that I could ever imagine!! You would not believe he had surgery. He was eating and active and sleeping from day 1, and now, day 10, feels totally better.

Dr. Karas recently did our 2-year old son's tonsillectomy.. His confidence and expertise in his field, along with a personality that instantly makes you feel at ease, make him everything you want a doctor and surgeon to be that is handling the most important thing in your life. We greatly appreciate the amazing work he did for our son.

BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! The doctors are great don't get me wrong but, it has been a never ending nightmare this past year dealing with their billing agency and snotty secretary! They billed my insurance company wrong and expected me to pay for their mistake! They have brought me nothing but, headaches and anxiety! Threatening to ruin my credit when it was their mistake in the first place. On top of that they didn't even have my son's name correct on file! They are a bunch of idiots! Please save yourself the headache and do not go here!! If I could give them zero stars I would!! I have never felt more disrespected in my life! BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE!
