Dr. Joly is a consummate professional, with a calming demeanor. He did a great job in my surgery.

Dr. Joly administered my epidural earlier this year and did a fine job. The reasoning behind my 1 star rating is how he coded my "diagnosis" for my health insurance claim. Typically, women undergoing childbirth get epidurals for pain management and one would assume that this would be a reason, or diagnosis for requesting one. Dr. Joly felt the need to code mine as "obesity complicating childbirth". Um, what? I am nowhere near obese, have a normal BMI, and had a healthy pregnancy from start to finish. You were requested at my childbirth (which went smoothly) because I did not want to feel any pain. Not because of your absurd, and totally inaccurate diagnosis submitted to insurance.
