Dr Jevsevar was quite adept at bringing his obvious vast scope of knowledge into an understandable format for my understanding in a field that I had no previous knowledge of. He listened to my concerns and left me comfortable with his responses and his critique of my specific issues.

From my first pre-op appointment, when I found out that I would need a hip replacement, I felt like I had made the right choice. Dr Jevsevar explained my situation thoroughly, listened to my questions and took the time to answer them in terms that I could easily understand. Every step of the way, through every appointment, right up to the minute I went to surgery, I never felt like I was in the dark. If I had a question at any time, I could contact the office and get an answer or explanation. In addition, I was always kept well informed about my responsibilities in the lead up to the operation and the post surgery recovery. Being thoroughly prepared before surgery, made recovery after surgery much easier. I am now 3 months out of surgery and as I look back, I am absolutely positive that I made the right choice in choosing Dr Jevsevar as my surgeon.

Amazing hip replacement...very easy recovery and Dr Jesovar uses the anterior approach which is mile better than the back approach.

When expressing my concern about potential surgery he rolled his eyes. He dismissed any concerns and knows it all. Not my kind of team player. I subsequently got a second opion with another doctor who listens and responds appropriately and scheduled surgery at another hospital.
