David Ashir Jawahar

Dr. Jawahar is one of the best specialists that I have ever seen. He is patient, unhurried, and genuinely cares about his patients. I never have to refresh his memory of any health issues from a previous visit even if it's many months later that I see him for follow up. He is very thorough in reviewing any prior medical tests and explaining the results to me. There have been some issues over the years with the office staff. It is difficult to get anyone to answer the telephone many times. That is unacceptable. However, this review is for Dr. Jawahar and not his office staff.

Dr. Jawahar is an excellent doctor. I see many doctors and he is the most thorough of them all. I never feel rushed at my appointments with him yet he doesn't go over the allotted time either. He explains things in language that is easy to understand. I fully trust Dr. Jawahar more than I trust any of my doctors. I did have some problems with office staff not calling back after having to leave a voice message for various things. I was persistent and then brought the issues up with Dr. Jawahar at my next visit. It seems that those issues have been resolved because I have had to call the office a few times since then and have had speedy responses. I have also had to see a couple of the physician assistant's and other doctors in the office and I haven't had any problems with them. Dr. Jawahar isn't always available for emergencies but I trust the other doctors in the practice as well. On another note, the respiratory staff, Luke in particular, that conducts annual breathing function tests is the BEST. Great doctors, great practice, and Dr. Jawahar is the BEST.

One of the best Doctors I've ever seen. Some great and very supportive staff to match his professionalism. A few obnoxious and weak non supportive staff to include the office manager provide no assistance when needed.Several bad apples do ruin the whole bunch

Dr. J listens to my questions and answers me in a fashion I can easily understand. I believe he truly cares about his patients and it shows through his interaction and patience with me. He treats me with respect and as a human being, not just a dollar sign or number. I'm always made to feel comfortable and unhurried; never rushed out the door as with some I've seen.

Never got to see the real doc, just got pawned off on a PA who seemed satisfied my asthma was under control as long as I wasn't having attacks so bad I was ending up doubled over completely unable to breathe. Office staff is rude, no one returns phone calls, prescriptions are called in wrong and are a nightmare to correct. Looking for a new doc.

Dr. Jawahar is one of the most pleasant and caring physicians that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is exteremely thorough in testing and examinations. He recently treated my mother-in-law, who is very hard to please and distrusts most doctors in general, and she really likes him. Kudos to Dr. Jawahar!
