Dr. Jakubowicz treated my terrible ear infection with the upmost care and concern. He had an excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions thoroughly, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend Dr. Jakubowicz. His office staff was helpful and I had no issues with my health insurance.

Rude and condescending individual.

Dr. Jakubowicz was excellent with his service, he explained all you asked so you could understand.

I met with Dr. Jakubowicz because I have allergies and at times choking spasms when I laugh; I explained why I was there; he checked ears; throat and without warning he squeezed corner of cheekbone area near ears and it hurt, saying that could be why my throat bothers me and with respect to choking spasm when i laugh when, he said he would need to examine me when I'm laughing and the choking was occurring. He told me what to take for allergies, but felt he was very dismissive when it came to my conerns. I wont be back. I do not recommend Jakubowicz not even to my worst enemy. First of all his office, in general, is beyond unprofessional, they pick up the phone with annoyance, and they are unable to answer any basic questions. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they are continuously a disappointment. They work there, but they do not know what they are doing. As for Jakubowicz, he was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. His title of Dr. should be revoked based on the fact that he tried to justify his lackluster response to the most basic of questions such as “why do I need to take this?” and him responding only with “I’m a doctor.” Here is a list of things he did in my appointment. He heard me speaking Spanish to the nurse since it was easier for us to communicate that way. When he walked into the room, he tried talking to me in Spanish. I responded in English (my first language) he remained confused, asking what I am for the whole visit. He seemed more concerned with my race or ethnicity than answering any of my medical questions. He stuck an instrument deep in my ear, then with the same visibly dirty tool, he dug it deep in my nose. Then while it was covered in both wax and mucus, He attempted to place it in my mouth. Clearly, I had just experienced abuse and shocked at what had just happened to me. I was able to stop him and ask him to change the instrument. I told him I've been suffering from sinus issues. His response was “sounds like you have migraines, Women always have migraines.” I have never had migraines. He told me to calm down a lot when I didn’t say anything, so I just kept saying sorry. He took a phone call and had me waiting for 45 min mid-visit. When he got back from his call, he prescribed me six medications. already recommended to my daughter and granddaughter. quickly and skillfully performed biopsy. great bedside manner.

I've visited Dr. Jakubowicz twice: first for my vertigo and then for a perforated eardrum. He is a kind doctor who gives his patients his full attention; you leave feeling confident and satisfied, (which isn't always the case with some doctors). He patched up my eardrum the day of my appointment! I didn't have to reschedule to have the procedure, which was fantastic. (Also, I am an opera singer and it meant a lot that he was willing to check my vocal chords during our first app). He's great!!

Dr. Jakubowicz saw me right away, was extremely thorough, and explained in detail what his diagnosis was.

Horrible experience. The clinic itself is a nightmare. Dr Jakubowicz was abrupt with me and dismissive of my concerns. Treated me rudely, like I was just a huge inconvenience to him. Diagnosed me with something that isn't even within his area of expertise - I'm just supposed to trust that? No. Go somewhere else.

My grandson had an appointment and the staff was so very nice and attentive. Dr Jakubowicz was excellent. His staff were pleasant and professional. I will recommend this doctor to everyone i know.

I had a total thyroidectomy done by Dr.Jakubowicz and all I have to say is if I had to do go through this again I would pick him every time hands down. He is the best, I thank him so much for making this experience as easy as he did.
