David Jacks

Dr. Jacks spent maybe 3 minutes with patient. Asked her a couple of questions, then left the room to check her out. We called him back so we could ask questions. Asked one question, got a quick answer, and he was out the door again. I would not recommend him to anyone. On a positive note, the nurse, Tera, was very helpful.

Lost my fiancés records of a diagnosis then were very rude to her when she went to get them for a new doctor. When I called to get answer someone named Hannah told me my fiancé was lying and hung up on me. No respect for patients. Disgusting.

Dr Jacks is great but his nursing staff could use some training in patient service! They are rude, they don’t care if your disabled and they’ll just walk away when they call your name not knowing if you need help to get to the room. Don’t ever be more than 6 months for your check up either because they will have a heart attack and make you get a referral. They also want you to do their job for them! They are ridiculous! Dr. Jacks has always been very thorough in helping me with my kidney stones. He has a great bedside manner and is compassionate and kind. I would definitely recommend him if you have kidney stones.

I had kidney stones in both kidneys with urinary blockage and required a kidney stent and the only thing Dr. Jack's would prescribe me for pain was something I was allergic to...I called the doctors exchange and asked for something else and he called me a drug addict and then refused to take me stent out and stopped seeing me!!!!

Nice guy but gives a brutal exam! Go see Dr. Simpson in Little Rock

I first met Dr. Jacks while working at the hospital. I asked him to review a study of mine in hopes he would consider being my doctor. I have a long history of kidney issues. He is professional and knowledgable. I would recommend to anyone. He really cares. He goes out of the way to solve problems.

He is out of practice and does not help a family reach a treatment plan. He puts all the ownership on the family telling them to go do your research instead of helping as a care team his patients. Do not go to him if you love your family. I am more than happy to speak about our experience if you want to message me.
